Blonde short hair manger was rude as can be she shouldn't have a customer service job sat in pick up window for 10 minutes then stood in front of store for another 10 mins to never even being spoken to after 10 mins at front window I was told that window orders are not being taken my food is cold as ice after a 45 min wait and being spoken to very rude like I'll never eat here again

I am a manager in F&B, so I can be overtly critical.I had first stopped at Arby's & had poor service, so I decided to try somewhere else. I've never had Checkers before so I decided to give it a whirl.In the drive thru I was greeted in a timely matter. The cashier was engaging & made small talk while my card was processing. Received my food quickly, cashier thanked me, and everything was fresh!Y'all have mastered the sequence of service, keep doing what you're doing!I will be back!

We went for lunch. I got my meal, and wanted nothing special except no onions. I got it and it was LOADED with onions. My husband ordered his meal, and he did want his made special. However, it was nothing crazy, only ketchup and mustard. He got his LOADED with everything imaginable including chili! If I wouldn't have had a heart appointment I would have went back but I didn't have the time to turn around. I can understand if they were busy and understaffed but there were literally no cars and tons of employees in the kitchen!

When someone pulls up to your drive through window 10-15 minutes before close, you shouldn't tell them hold on one minute, if your not going to take thier order. My wife waited nearly 20 minutes for the staff to say we're closed instead of taking her order after being told to wait. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but this is unacceptable, don't tell people wait. Just admit your not gonna cook to begin with. You wasted her time.

The staff are always exceptional and quick to serve , the food and especially the fries are always without fail scalding hot and fresh, and the cost can hardly be beat anywhere these days. Thanks to the staff at this Checkers for always being great and exceeding quality standards of both food and service every time I've been.

Absolutely ridiculous. Waited in line at 12:30am with only one other person in front of us for 30-35 minutes. There is no reason a FAST food place should be this slow. They take an order, take 25 minutes to make it, 5 minutes to process the payment and THEN take the next order.

Burgers were really good, fries were luke warm. Not sure why places insist on handing out cold or luke warm frys. Window service was ok, they had some problems with basic math skills but it happens.
