There is no notice on the door that you would be closed this Sunday or your hours have not been updated on google or the door. Either way, communication is needed. Never assume people know or is on social media to know that the store is closing for the day.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this is the 3rd time in the past 4 months I have ordered my food and the staff said they were going through a shift change and did not put my food order in. I placed my order at 12:50pm and I arrived at 1:25pm. That’s 35 mins for a turkey wrap sandwich. Unacceptable!

I waited in the drive through for 5 minutes. I eventually went inside. There were no customers so I didn't understand why the wait was so long. The drive through line was filled with three people and when I finally got my beverage inside, the first person in front of the drive line still didn't get their drinks. The place wasn't busy. The staff was just talking and complaining, mind you very loudly, about how much they hate working there and how all of them are going to quit. The next set of customers behind me we're just completely ignored because they were so busy talking about how much they hated being there, They didn't even acknowledge anyone who walked in. I also saw two drive-thru drinks sitting at that window for at least a minute when they could have been handed to the driver. I couldn't believe how loud and aggressive they were about spouting employees business and their hated for their managers. I won't be coming back ever. Need new staff.

Experiencing Liberte
I ordered a flavored latte and my husband ordered a mocha, we like our coffee to taste like coffee so we ordered an extra shot. When we tasted our coffees they tasted like a hot cup of milk, there was no coffee flavor at all. My husband had them add two more shots to his and I opted for a cold brew which would normally have a strong coffee flavor but did not. The service was good, unfortunately it just wasn't good coffee.
