The Bayou Dockside Bar & Grill

The BRAND NEW Bayou Restaurant & Tiki Bar is a wonderful, unique experience! The new owners have put their heart and soul into the place, and it is very apparent. The food is absolutely delicious, the staff is attentive and hard working, the vibes are unmatched. Not to mention, the view is the best of any restaurant in Ocean Springs. Seriously a treat!

We visited the newly remodeled restaurant that’s under new ownership. The food was great, atmosphere was very nice, and the service was attentive and friendly. We had trout bowl with mashed potatoes and gumbo, mahi mahi tacos, coconut shrimp, chicken tenders, shrimp and grits, and ahi tuna nachos. Everyone enjoyed their meal, and the prices were very reasonable. We’ll be back next time we’re in town!

Love the atmosphere, have yet to try the food and I will get to that. Beautiful waters to watch if your ever served food. I've went at least 5 time with my father because he said they served food and it's convenient because it's close to our home. But everytime I went me and my father sat down and continued to wait for approximately and hour before we give up and go get food elsewhere. I don't know if we have to go to the bar to request service or to order at the bar. But everytime we waited and nobody walked up to us, nobody asked for what we wanted to drink or even acknowledge our existence that we sat down. I don't know if it's the ownership, management or whatever it's just unacceptable.

This place has been completely transformed...absolutely gorgeous. The owners are so very nice. We will definitely be back. The kitchen had not opened yet on the night we went so we would like to try their menu.
Come check it out...just be careful crossing the road..extremely busy street in OS.

While we stumbled upon this unique place, we were nit dining at the time. But the atmosphere and amazing people assured me I'd be back...again and again. Dominique and Ashley were awesome. Say hi to them!

Food was pretty decent. Fried pickles and catfish basket is what I ordered. The crust on the catfish was fantastic, hot, and flaky. It was busy and service was still very attentive. There was inside seating, mostly high table/counter. Low tables we outside with a beautiful view of the Mississippi water ways with a boat launch right next to it. It was pretty loud as it was karaoke night, but they had good music and the singing was pretty good. A lot of country girls were there and i'm here for it.

We live within walking distance of the restaurant and have gone at least 10 times over the last 5 years. We love the view from the outside deck and would love to sit out there at sunset to enjoy a meal and a few drinks. However, without fail, every single time we decide to give it another chance, we wait for at least 30 min for a server to come to our table. We heard there is new management and decided to try it again a few nights ago. We were seated outside within a few minutes and left after waiting for a server for 30 minutes. No menus, no water, nothing. They weren't even that busy! There have been a few instances where we've had to go inside to get drinks from the bar, told them we weren't being served at our table, and were still ignored! This place could be so great, but we won't be giving them another chance. Get it together, guys!

First off, we were greeted by wait staff when we walked in which was super nice, and then promptly greeted when we sat at the bar by the bartenders. They had a busy night, so they were out of shrimp but the food was amazing. The philly egg rolls are off the chain, I had the royal reds and my fiance had the catfish. The drinks were amazing and they carry a good mix of spirits and have knowledgeable bar staff and fresh ingredients. Their menu drinks are great and so are the mojitos

Darien was our server and took very good care of us. Great service and food.
