This place needs an overhaul! It was close to our hotel, so we visited multiple times! The time I want to focus on is the last time. We went in and were seated. They were not busy at that moment, but that changed as we were waiting. We made a simple order... I asked for the cheeseburger dinner (hold the garden), and my guest asked for the beef brisket without bacon... the food arrives, and it was wrong! We sent it back, only for it to come right back out... they clearly raked the food off and sent it back out... that is not okay! We have food allergies and dietary restrictions... but the kicker was after we said we were going to leave. The waitress said, "Wait, here for the manager. "... we waited, and waited... and finally got up to leave, only to have to wait in line to explain our decision to a manager who acted like she could not understand the issues! Due to this experience, we will not be back!!

I had country fried steak (frozen) with white gravy (lumpy) and a decent salad with garlic toast. The potatoes were russet not red as stated on the menu. What a waste of $10..00.

Service was ok. The atmosphere was kinda odd and unwelcoming. The food was ok, my steak was dry and over cooked. My husband was edible.
This Denny’s has really good food. I have regularly visited this location almost weekly for the past 2 months. Really decent slams, and way better with their Melts and Burgers. Don’t pass up the milkshakes either, they are pretty fire. French Toast is to die for.
But as for the SERVICE, come ANY other time than night because you’ll be stuck there forever trying to even just order food. I’ve been forgotten by a server for 20+ minutes, and I’ve even had to wave at these people for service another time after waiting 15-20 mins (It was like I didn’t exist.). I’ve been in and out of here quicker during the mornings and daytimes, and will probably be dining then. I’ve been better acknowledged and taken care of in less time on these shifts. I get it’s not fast food, but for comparison, my morning/day visits are like a solid 40 minutes, while it’s nearly an hour or more of waiting at night. If you think I’m being harsh, I’ve given these servers nothing but patience, kindness, and delightful tips like any other place. Good customers do at least wait on good food, and I learned that being in the industry myself.
Don’t diss this Denny’s entirely. Just go at the right time for the optimal service. Plenty of good slams and burgers still to be had at this one. :)
