Our server was amazing, she was attentive and sweet and called me momma which I liked lol my sons food was great he got the Jr burger and a brownie dessert. I got the country fried steak with gravy mashed potatoes and fries and ew. The country fried steak I literally couldn't cut through with a knife. It would go through the top but wouldn't cut through the bottom, the gravy was disappointing, way too thick and bland. I had got my food to go so didn't get to taste it at the restaurant because I wouldn't had paid for it. Safe to say I didn't eat it but my dog enjoyed it.EDIT... I called and talked to the manager about it and he said yes they way over cooked it, I asked for a refund on my part of the bill that I didn't want a refund on the other meal and he told me no the best he can do is remake me the country fried steak, but at this point I'm grossed out and my appetite for it is gone so that's a no thanks. It's ok they just lost a repeat customer

I ordered my food online and that was simple. I went to pick up my food and the customer service was good. The front desk clerk was really cheerful and attentive. When i made it back to my hotel 15 mins later, I noticed my orders were wrong. I called the restaurant several times and could not get a live person with option 2. I selected option 1 as I was placing another order only to be sent back to the same line. I called for 20 mins and was unsuccessful. Sadly my issue was not addressed nor corrected.

This Denny's cannot substitute items on meals. I ordered the T-Bone Breakfast meal. I wanted to add extra eggs (which I would pay extra for) in exchange for toast. The server refused. The steak was not medium, but well done. The scrambled eggs were cold and tasted like old grease. Our server was an older, Asian woman who was rude and unfriendly.

It's Denny's! No surprises... you get exactly what it says on the menu and it looks like what's on the menu... there's nothing super creative but it's consistent... Denny's is predictable. and depending on what you're hungry for and who you're with that can sometimes be exactly what you want!give a shout out to the servers, and give them a good tip too! you got your eggs in pancakes and they kept filling your cup with Denny's coffee... all things that you didn't have to do!
