“Ordered an XL pizza for pickup. Arrived at location for pickup and checked in at the counter. I paid for our pizza and was asked to take a seat as our order would be ready in about 4 minutes. There were roughly 8-10 staff members working hard and pumping the food out. A couple more customers showed up for pick-up as I was waiting, and roughly 10 minutes went by. I saw a single XL box get placed on the pickup shelf, so I waited at the counter to ask for an update, thinking it was mine. It took another 5 minutes waiting to speak to the counter person, who then grabbed that box and verified that it was mine. She asked if I had paid and who had helped me. I couldn't find the woman who handled my order, so she seemed hesitant but gave me my box.
All-in-all, I received my pizza about 15 minutes after coming out of the oven and felt questioned as to if I had really paid for it. The pizza was good, but the confusion to receive it was uncalled for.“
