El Saltillo Mexican Restaurant

5 Star Service Everytime.

I have been coming here since 1998 and it has been excellent. Delicious food, great service. The restuarant needs to be updated inside however. The place is aging and needs a renovation. The food is always out of bounds and you won't leave hungry. I suggest that the waiters collect the tab from the table rather than paying as you leave at the exit.

Nice atmosphere, great service and really good food! We had so much, we all took to-go boxes with leftovers. Would definitely recommend!

Good food & fast service

Hauntingly filthy place . Cheese tasted awful . My glass was cracked. Crumb piles on the seat and floors . Dirty tables . Dirty overhead lighting . Scary .

Server had an attitude. took forever for refills and never could find her to get something from her. We needed more chips it was very slow when we came in! She probably only smiled once the whole we were there and Ty short on responses. Nashira was our server

Great food. Oftentimes when I visit, I would usually do my usual combo of Enchiladas Supreme and Rice and Beans mixed together. My mom and one of her friends went with me and shared their Nachos. Bathrooms may be a confusing aspect, as I don’t think the Men’s and Women’s Bathrooms are in the same area. Convenient restaurants must have the Men’s and Women’s Bathrooms in close proximity, otherwise I’ll think it’s an employee-only restroom. The music is sporadically on / off. Both concerns affect the atmosphere aspect in my eyes,

It’s a great place to sit down and eat.
Don’t bother getting take out from here.
Ordered a California burrito. Got a regular burrito with no toppings. Called and got hung up on.

Could use some sprucing up. Though not scored down on the overall portion, we were sat at a table that had quite a bit of food on the ground, so a little cleanliness could go a long way. The food came with great timing and the food wasn't great. The service time between getting drinks and being sat was a little long but overall a great experience. Will definitely be back.

Service was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life. Everybody that seated after us received their food before us and we did not receive our food until I made a complaint about how long it is taken and then all of a sudden just like that, it was ready after 30 minutes of waiting in a restaurant that don’t even have 15 customers in it. It was a poor choice to make for lunch and that’s on me. I should’ve went to Aztecas. One star is giving them too much credit.

Me and my friends came in there a few weeks ago and server was rude. today was go in again and she’s rude again. not professional at all ans throws food down at us.
