Wonderful Italian authentic restaurant! First time here, the owner came out to introduce himself and was so friendly! The waitress was amazing and so sweet! The subs are delicious! The owner worked for the famous White House Subs in Atlantic City NJ and that is our favorite sub shop until now! He definitely met our expectations of an authentic NJ sub! Definitely recommend!

We are new to the Gulf Hills neighbourhood community. We visited the Gulf Hills Gulf course yesterday, 2/2/24, and stopped to have lunch at Italy Terrace Restaurant, it was truly a delightful visit.
