The place was clean. Employees were friendly and attentive. The ice cream was creamy so I will be back to try different flavors for sure. Plenty of toppings for ice cream. Great location and prices are reasonable.

went there and my gf who is allergic to peanut butter had some in her cotton candy ice cream, and the ice cream melted just seconds after leaving the store, terrible place

Marble Slab slapped!! ? There’s always something I wait to do last minute and Marble Slab Creamery Ocean Springs came thru for your girl!
Silly me not thinking that it takes at least 48 hours to freeze an ice cream cake… I tried to order 3 days before the party. When I saw it wouldn’t be ready until the day after the party I called and asked.. what do you have in the freezer NOW? They listed 3 cakes… so I picked the MINT MELTDOWN & asked them to throw on gummie bears and hold it for me! They were so nice and accommodating! Everyone at the party loved it, it was soooo good! We will def do their ice cream cakes again!!

Just left this store with my mother. I really hope the owner reads this- worst customer service I’ve ever received. We stood at the counter while an older woman employee completely ignored us for 5 minutes. She was fixing a cookie cake, but it doesn’t take much to acknowledge a paying customer’s presence and say “I’ll be right there with you.” She finally comes and asks us what we want, then she leaves abruptly in the middle of taking our order to go get a mop from the back. She started MOPPING (?!) without even saying “excuse me”, “I’m so sorry I’ll be right back” -nothing?. She then served my mother a cup of MELTED ice cream that had caramel sauce overflowing which got all over her shirt. It was $7 for a small lmao unbelievable. We got there at 3:01 and left at 3:15 and we were the only customers in the place. We never got any sort of apology. We will never go back.

I usually visit this place very often but today I had the experience of meeting a very disrespectful and unprofessional employee. Please, we can do better!
