Mawi Tortillas - Ocean Springs

We decided to try the Crave food hall next to OS1515. My wife and I decided on Mawi Tortillas. She had the Honduran Beef Tacos and I had two street tacos. Each item was absolutely delicious! Chef Will delivered our food and spent a few minutes taking with us. He was a wonderful host and his food was superb. I would highly recommend eating here if you get the opportunity.

Amazing! The Chef Wilfred stopped to talk to us and invite us to speak about his menu and their history! Customer experience can still be achieved in a food mall. We tried the breakfast pupusas and they were unbelievably delicious, very authentic. What a rare gem to find in ocean springs. ❤️❤️❤️

Saturday/Sunday brunch at Mawi is worth the trip to Crave. Excellent service from Chef Wilfredo and the sunrise pupusas were phenomenal. Will be back for sure.

If we could rate it less than one star we would. We didn’t try the food but never would have in a million years. An employee was in the bathroom down the hall with my wife. She used the toilet, walked out of the bathroom right past my wife (who was washing her own hands), and to the restaurant and began handling food before ever having washed her hands.

Located inside Crave, the new food hall in Ocean Springs. The food was absolutely delicious! Jayla took our order and was super friendly and didn’t rush us. We customized our food a bit and it was perfection. Great flavor and the presentation was on point.
