This place has really gone down hill. It’s expensive, has slow service and never offers promotions any more. If you want to spend $15-$17 for a small sandwich and a side with no drink included in that price and you don’t mind waiting for 20-30 minutes for your order as well potentially having them get your order wrong after that wait, then go here. They’ve significantly increased their prices and fun promotions they used to do or offer like members only deals and B1G1 free options and kids eat free on Halloween, hope, they don’t do any of that any more sadly.

So let me begin by saying that I was a huge fan of McAlister's (Memphian). Two weeks ago, my wife and I ordered on the app and swung by to eat in store. After one bite of the second half of the sandwich (Chicken BLT this time) I was having a hard time chewing and noticed an odd crunching with the bite i had taken. I spit it into my hand and started unrolling the lettuce mash and noticed fur, blood, etc. Somehow, a dead bird had made its way into the sandwich. Yes, I choose to believe that a) the bird was dead and that b) it accidentally ended up in the sandwich.
The manager on duty refunded the sandwich and handled it as well as she could, but we did try to report it up. After trying to translate the issue to a person overseas McAlister's third party customer support completely blew us off via email. So for McAlister's Corporate ... EPIC FAIL!
