They served me partially rotten broccoli and I got really sick… the portions have been off and the ingredients have not been fresh. It used to be a great place to eat… but I don’t think I will go again anytime soon.

Leland was took out order and was incredibly kind and pleasant to interact with, best mcallisters experience i've ever had due to his service- Our food was excellent and came out quick, and he came back to check on us a few times after they had already brought our food out! 10/10 experience

The lady at the front counter was in a not so great mood. She had alot of trouble using the order taking computer. I ordered have a sandwich and a salad. I was given a 4th of a sandwich and my salad didnt have everything on it that it should have, such as avacado.

I love this location. Every thing I have ordered has been very good. Today I sat in and was impressed with the care of the employees who offered to refill my drink, they checked on me while eating, very good service and the salads are perfect. Love the lettuce blend used, but also the toppings. Fresh, and beautiful. Thank you OS McAlisters!!

I eat at this location regularly. I order online and usually have modifications, and they get my order correct every time! My food is always ready when I get there, and the staff is so friendly. They even wrote me a hand written card for being a loyal customer. It's rare to see hand written notes these days, and that was a sweet gesture. This staff deserves a nice Christmas bonus
THE FOOD WAS GOOD, GAVE ME GOOD SERVICE, AND IT WAS VERY CLEAN INSIDE BUT YOUR PARKING LOT IS NIGHTMARE! YOU HAVE POT HOLES THE SIZE OF CRATERS!!! I HIT MY TIRE AND WHEEL SO HARD I THOUGHT I POPPED MY TIRE. IF I HAD POPPED MY TIRE I WOULD HAVE BEEN SENDING YOU A BILL. MIGHT WANT TO FIX THAT ASAP.

The order is always correct, the food is fresh and tastes good, is ready on time and the staff are friendly and greet you immediately upon walking in and are ready to assist. I get the Veggie Sandwich with a side of broccoli and it’s really good!

Very disappointed in how my sandwich was prepared. More bread than turkey, bacon and Cheese. I ordered the Smokey pepper jack Turkey. For a first timer, not sure I'll take a risk again for a better sandwich.
