My daughter is autistic and homeschooled, and every Tuesday morning we go to McDonald’s to let her enjoy the play center and meet new friends. This morning, her whole face lit up when she saw the display of the Disney figurines, and she told me how much she wanted a Mickey.
As we were walking toward the play area, an employee came up to us and said, “I couldn’t find a Mickey, but I did find Sadness and Olaf, hope it helps!”
It may seem small, but that little act of kindness meant the world to us. He turned an ordinary Tuesday into something truly magical. I didn’t catch his name, but if he sees this, please know you brought Christmas joy to us. Thank you for reminding us that kindness is still alive this season. 🎄❤️

I think I'm cursed when it comes to fast food. Saw an ad on TV the McRib is back..so after leaving the Tax Collectors office, I was a bit hungry.went here to get a McRib.. love em & it has been a minute since having one. Ordered at drive thru, 1 McRib no pickles.. got back out on Bienville Blvd, reached in the bag, grabbed the sandwich while driving & took a bite..I quickly spit it out..the bun was hard as a rock & the sandwich was cold. Went back for a refund. another example of children running a multi million $ store that don't give a damn about the quality of the food they serve & no respect for PAYING ADULT CUSTOMERS I'm done with fast food..the ONLY 3 places that I will return to are Pizza Hut in Vancleave & Burger King in Gautier & Waffle House in Gautier.. they seem to be the ONLY 3 places that I have found that care about their customers & serve Quality FOOD

All I wanted was a large iced mocha frappe. I asked for a large iced mocha frappe. She then asked what size I wanted. I told her large. Then she asked if I wanted it cold or hot. I said iced. Then they gave me a medium and slammed the window shut on me. I wish I got my receipt so I could give them a proper review straight to the company but I trusted that this order wasn't too complicated. I was wrong. I paid $5 for this. And crap service. Good job.

Nasty. Trash every where. Sticky floors and tables and the playroom smelled rancid.

Not one of my favorite McDonald’s experiences. Positives first: The play area seemed like fun for the kids that were playing there. Clean tables to sit at. An actual cashier to take the order. The cashier did her job, she got the order right.
The part I did not like: Ordered 2 filet of fish meals, got only 1 😒. Somehow the folks in back, did not recognize there were 2 meals ordered. Waited a while for the 2nd meal. The 1st meal, the sandwich was not fresh.
