if i could i would give this a 0 star . this place is trash . the employees are very rude and condescending . they don’t make the food the right way . i literally asked for extra onions on my burger and even asked them to make sure there was onions on there and the lady at the speaker was rude when i asked bc they forgot last time and guess what ?? NO ONIONS and barely any ketchup . sandwich was dry asf .

I can't seem to ever receive my order I place on my app at this location. Everytime I show up for my counter pickup, it's never there and I'm being told the order didn't come through on their end. I've double checked the address to ensure i'm at the right location and I am. Can't get any help through the app as far as refunds. Just aggravating to continuously run into the same issue at the same place

McDonald’s is a sorry excuse for a restaurant. The food is horrible and I do mean horrible. And probably is not good for you either. It’s so full of whatever they put in it. I just can’t understand why or how an adult would ever eat there. I would never go except for my grandbabies who needs to suffer through bad service bad food.

Went through the drive thru and the order was delivered wrong. Went back inside to have it corrected and waited 12 minutes more for it. Yet they were pushing orders out that drive thru pretty fast. I won't be back!

Please stop putting 2-3 MEALS in a large bag. They can go on multiple bags. It's difficult to get everyone's stuff out especially if you're traveling and the bag rips. Also, please consider offering ketchup instead of just expecting customers to order it. When I worked at McDonald's put franchisees policy was 2 ketchups go to a large fry, one to a small, or one free dipping sauce to a large fry. I understand the policy is dependent on the franchisee, however it's extremely frustrating to expect ketchup in your bag and you get to the bottom of the crowded bag and there's no ketchup. I shouldn't have to get mad at myself for not ordering ketchup for my fries at a burger joint. I understand extra bags and sauce cost money, but it's a multi billion dollar franchise that thrives off of consistency.

Went for a quick dinner at 6pm Friday night. Took a while to get our order placed - new employee at the register & no one training? Wanted tea with my meal but the tea was so weak it was nothing more than slightly stained water. Got a soda instead. Then we made the mistake of sitting near the drink station. I kept swatting away fruit flies & realized they were hovering around the filthy drink area. Counter tops & machines dirty. Floor sticky. Yuk!

The food was hot, good service, and a calm atmosphere. We went inside of the place center to let my 2 year old play for his birthday. It was nice, but the slides were filthy. I mean dirt completely all the way down the slides and poles. Please clean these.
What's the use of selling milk shakes when you don't have the product. Then the rude little girl who slammed the drive thru door in my face. Then the Hispanic girl who can barley speak English makes the wrong drink. I ordered a diet coke and got root beer.......
