I’ve never really had any issues with this Mcdonald's until now. Whoever was working tonight with the short “pink” hair was VERY rude and does not need to be in customer service. I get it’s rough in this day and time but they could’ve spoken at least once and not held their finger up at me when I tried to ask a question.

Ordered 1 double cheeseburger and 2 double cheeseburgers and got 2 . Tried to pay for another and the kid was rude and we don’t do that here. You got to go back around . Terrible service , if the cashier would quit saying,(is that it) she naught be able to get my order right . Overall terrible.

THEY DON'T SALT THEIR FRYS AND NEVER HAVE TOYS. my son literally always gets a little book things that always gets thrown away. So extra trash. And never ever get salted frys. Is it so hard to salt frys???

With four cars ahead of me I literally waited 30 minutes to get a double cheeseburger a small fry and four piece McNugget. When I got to the window three employees were spraying whipped cream on each other. I waited at the window for 10 minutes before somebody came and asked if I had got in my food. The entire time my food had been sitting there waiting. I told him I did not want it and to make it fresh. When I got my food the manager did not apologize or give any explanation for the delay. I will not be back at this McDonald's.

Ordered a spicy chicken deluxe, got one with no chicken at all. just the bread and vegetables. whats the point of giving it to your customers if theres no meat in it? not even a sandwich at that point
fries were extremely cold and covered in copious amounts of salt, asked for sweet tea and was given a sprite without asking what i would like as an alternative

whoever works at this mcdonalds needs a full on drug test because they forgot THREE sandwiches in my order and substituted one sandwich for a 10 piece nugget. genuinely how do you mess that up soberly? seriously just so much carelessness up in that kitchen. do better or quit your job
