We’ve been there a few times and the service is horrendous. There were very few people there today and the service was still bad. I spoke to the manager and received no apology. It was not fun trying to choke down half of my meal with nothing to drink!

Visited this establishment today. Great atmosphere, but that's where it stops.Initially, our waitress was tardy getting to usOnce we finally ordered a simple ceasar salad, it went downhill from here. The place was quite empty with only a few patrons..So I have to ask why it took app 40 min to get our salads.. This is after asking another server to follow up on our order.We are just passing thru for a few weeks, so by us not returning, it will not hurt their business.We must have been the lucky one.Hope things improve at your establishment in the future.

The gals at the bar were so nice and helpful. The food and drinks were delicious. And I loved being able to sit at the bar and hear the music outside.

I’d like to go higher…but a few too many issues. Inside bartender and server was nice, attentive and apologetic. Kids have allergies, we get it, that’s hard…being beside bartender checked, was very non-plussed about it. We ordered salads, made dairy allergy clear, kitchen out dressing with cheese on salad. They remand it, inside bartender apologetic. To double check, before food came the outside bartender “confirmed” no dairy in the salad dressing. That’s on management, lack of training. Ordered two local IPA’s came in small glasses, pic attached. It was obvious because my third beer was 11.2 oz, and filled the glass. 8.50 pretax for what the bill said was a 16 ounce beer, is wrong. Again, this is a management problem.

All around an amazing restaurant. Get you a beer and a quesadilla, and you are set! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Be prepared to pull out your phone to scan the QR code to see their extensive beer menu! They always have something for everyone. For busy nights, be aware that there is only one restroom for women and men. Then, get back outside to dance the night away with the live band!

I recently dined at Mosaic on March 15, 2024, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The main issues revolved around excessively long wait times and poor service. I totally understand staffing issues, dinner rush, etc and wish that the waits would have been communicated to us.Firstly, it took a little over half an hour just to receive our first drinks, followed by an additional wait of 1 hour and 45 minutes for our appetizers to arrive. The slow service was incredibly frustrating, and it seemed evident that the wait staff were overwhelmed and unable to effectively manage the situation.What made this experience particularly disheartening was the stark contrast in treatment between different guests. Despite the evident chaos, one group at the bar, led by who I believe is the owner, received exceptional service. It was disconcerting to witness preferential treatment being extended to a select few while the rest of the guests, including myself, were left feeling neglected and dissatisfied. Multiple walkouts occurred during my visit, indicating that I was not alone in my disappointment.

This place is awesome. Food was great, drink was great, atmosphere is so chill. Waitress was so nine. A shame this place doesn’t have 5 stars. Highly recommend burger with chili on it (forgot what it was called), sweet potato fries, spinach and artichoke dip, and shrimp

Can't comment on the food as we stopped by for drinks. Service was very bad. Party of four. First two drinks took about 15 minutes to come out. Had to flag down a different server to get the others. The third drink came out about five minutes later. Had to flag down another server for the fourth drink. Five minutes later our original server brought me my tap beer. Needless to say it was not very cold anymore. Ordered a second round which hadn't shown up after 20+ minutes. Fortunately, the next person we flagged down was evidently in a manager roll as he comped part of the bill even though we cancelled the second round, which hadn't even been submitted.
