Sorry to say this...but I ordered pizza on 7/20 and my entire family was inflicted with food poisoning from it. We ordered a large pep pizza, boneless honey chip wings, and jap bacon cheese sticks.

The worst with customer service. They had lost my order I had placed for a pick up time of 5pm. Placed the order at 3pm. Had to get a refund due to them losing my order and I was not about to wait 2 hrs for them to remake it because they are backed up. Also I’ve tried to contact customer service about my issue and nobody has gotten back to me. I’ve been trying to reach someone since the incident it happened on 31-Oct-2023
