terrible service order was wrong for two people in party one person never got side salad never came and refilled non water beverages waited a hour and forty five minutes or food to come

looked on their website for the lunch menu, got there and its a completely different menu and was ready to leave but decided we should stay and give it a try, took 5 minutes to get waters and the young man filling the waters spilled all over the table and walked away, another 10 minutes of sitting with multiple employees walking past and not a single one stopped. The group of ladies sitting adjacent too us was trying to flag down their server and she just cruised on past, we've now been here over 15 minutes and we decided they obviously didnt want our business. the owner was balancing the books right behind us but unfortunately had gotten up just before we walked out. my Fiancé was once a regular and spoke very highly of the restaurant, she was less then impressed

The wait was incredibly long. They brought the wrong food for me, left an item off of my husband's order and were non responsive when I told the waiter my order was wrong. The table cloth under the butcher paper had food on it from previous customer. There was a dirty napkin laying on the floor under the table next to us, again, from previous customers. There was no offer to fix my plate. I scooped of the wrong items myself. They either need more staff or better staff.

We came there from Breakfast one Saturday & the moment we sat done - our server Melissa greeted us with a beautiful smile & a charming personality- made us feel like Royalty while we were there. The service & the staff were 5 stars. I love 💕 the host/waitress/ server- Melissa. She made that place a 7 star service- I’ve told 100 colleagues about my experience here & everyone can’t wait to make the drive to eat here now - Simply Amazing to say the least.

We loved all the food and the service was great!! We got the falafel salad as an app and we loved all of it. Edit: we ate dinner tonight and I highly recommend the napoleon chicken. It was beyond amazing-the staff is super friendly,

We walked in and staff/hostess lady were squabbling about tips, payment, etc. Completely ignored us and kept talking. Then approached us very rudely, told us we’d have to rush and eat and as soon as we sat down needed to know what we were eating…. We looked at each other and walked out. So rude from the very beginning we didn’t even wanna eat there!!!! Unwelcoming environment.

The people were nice, but the food (breakfast) was not very good. Ordered a western omelet with ham and cheese, etc. I received burnt bacon crumbles that were few days old. The eggs were very dry and sat under the heat lamp for a while. Try Buzzy’s up the street. Better food, less expensive.

Excellent food

They changed Shawarma (chicken). Now it’s tasteless packaged meat, no Mediterranean spices, horrible wrt the old one. Why did they do that!?
