Had a great experience with the staff and food was awesome.

Ordered a pizza for pu. With wings and desert. More than an hour later I took the pizza and desert and left without wings. They owe me wings!! 12 customers in waiting area! Pizza had been sitting on top of oven and dried out. No knife in my desert. Etc. Managers ignoring everyone. Poor general mgt obviously.

Placed an online order Wednesday Nov. 12. After about an hour and a half I called the store and asked if it was going to be delivered soon. The guy on the phone told me it had already been delivered by a girl named Mya. I assured him it was not. He then told me he’d remake it and have it sent out and I said ok. I waited another hour and a half and called back. This time a lady answered and I told her the situation. She also told me the same thing the guy said to me the first time. I declined this time and asked for a refund. He shouldn’t have offered to have it remade and sent back out if it wasn’t going to happen. Made my kids wait for something that was never coming.

I have been in the service industry for my whole life. The manager of this Pizza Hut is the rudest most unprofessional manager I’ve ever met in my life. I deliver through a few gig apps. DoorDash, Uber, etc…
I have been doing this for over a year and never have I had an issue using the restroom at the restaurant or retail store I was picking up my customers delivery from. Well today was the day. I asked if there was a code for the restroom this rude manager Jennifer, Jessica something like that. She rudely told me that the restrooms were for customers only. So what does that make me nobody? I’m only out here delivering your restaurants orders for your customers. I’m so sorry I was not made aware that I needed a portable toilet for me to use the bathroom.

Poor service ask to cancel my order told me it will be ready in 7 mins when should have been ready at 5:57p.m here it is 6:20 and my order still not up and nobody know corporate number this store is a joke

Ordered on the app. Arrived on time. Order was done 10-15 minutes late and I really don’t have to say NOTHING about these “cinnamon rolls”… Well stick with the one in Biloxi next time.

the melts are so good, I like getting the hut box with a melt and wings 🍗
