I am giving one star only because I cannot give zero stars in this rating system. Where do I begin? I've never used this location of PH before and my wife and I were excited. We should have read the reviews online first because our experience perfectly mirrored the awful experiences of others. We ordered delivery. The delivery updates started and about the time arrival was scheduled a second set of updates began. But the first set didn't stop! To make a long story short, it took over an hour to get our pizza. When it arrived it was cold, and questions to the driver were useless because she didnt speak English! We'll avoid this location in the future.

Pizza was hot and fresh and at a great price compared to other
Ordered 5 pizzas at noon and scheduled the pickup between 4:30-4:45 later that day. A family member stopped to get the pizzas at 4:50 and staff related there was no such order. I called by phone and spoke to an employee. Not satisfied with “I don’t know what to tell you” I asked to speak with the manager. After being on hold nearly 5 mins the employee informed me that the manager said they were too busy to come to the phone. I told him that was unacceptable and he hung up on me. I drove to the store and received basically the same service and excuse that the manager, who I could see said she wasn’t gonna talk to me because she was too busy. After informing her I would come to where she was in the back to discuss, did she then come forward. Ultimately, we came to an agreement and my pizzas were made, albeit an hour late with 12 people hanging out at my house waiting for dinner.

My delivery driver was sick last week and now I feel awful. Your workers shouldn’t be around FOOD if they’re contagious, that’s disgusting. Send them home.
The amount of times my order has been wrong or burned and the time having to wait for a second pizza to be delivered, I’m done with Pizza Hut.
