KUG Prep is such a great option for busy families, anyone that lives alone, or just plain and simply enjoys a healthy meal option. All the food is delicious and so convenient. I go once a week for the meals and the healthy snack options. Not to mention the amount of food you get for your buck. Finally, every time I walk in there I am greeting with a smile. I ♥️ everything I have ever tried! Food is just delicious and The food she prepares is always pleasantly appealing. Kristin is always helpful and friendly and her place is so cute. I highly recommend Prep by K.U.G and absolutely love supporting wonderful, small town businesses like this.
