Visiting Ocean Springs and this was recommended by friends.. we were warmly greeted and seated.. got a lunch menu..first ordered were onion rings.. delicious and plenty to share. I ordered cob salad and 2 "wet" ribs off the lunch menu, huge salad and the ribs were sweet and tender just perfect.. my hubby had a 3 rib basket with 2 sides.. loved it! The 4 is for service, lovely lady waited on us, and announced she was "new" and then we seemed to coach her and be understanding through out the meal. She will be a great server once familiar with the routine.

Food and service was great . Our 1st visit and we expected the dining room to look and feel different. Seemed more like a cafeteria. Maybe change the lighting, /fresh paint. We will definitely return just trying to give some feedback to help . Saturday night should've been busy.

My family and I had an issue with our drinks. The server remade our sodas and also brought sweet teas just in case we still didn't like the sodas. As our sweet waitress was setting down our new drinks, the owner Kerry, walked up and introduced himself. He then asked if we were monopolizing on the drinks and told the poor server to hurry up and get the extra drinks off the table before he gets mad. My sister and were baffled. Nobody should talk to their staff in that manner and to do so in front of my family. That was enough for me. We apologized to the waitress who was clearly starting to cry at this point. We won't be back. I hope that poor waitress finds a different job.she doesn't deserve to be treated that way.

Food was OK. I ordered the pull chicken sandwich with a baked bean for $15. It could've easily passed as a kids meal. This place is most definitely over priced.
The ribs and fries were very good. The burger and baked beans were ok. The fried okra was tough and stalky. The fried pickles were very good. The service started out exceptional but deteriorated as our server got more tables.

We just moved to Ocean Springs, and we were trying a new place after church one Sunday. I read reviews before we went and figured it was one that you would have to try. The gentleman who greeted us at the door was friendly. We sat for a few minutes to wait for a table. There weren't a lot of customers, in my opinion. I'm not sure if the young lady who sat us was new, but she seemed a little confused about where to put us. I asked for a high chair and was told she would be back with one. Well, guess what, I never got one. I had to go on a recon mission and locate one. I didn't start my clock, but it was a while before anyone came and made server contact with us. If the restaurant was busier, I would have understood the wait times, and I'm okay with that. I ordered the chicken fried steak. For the price and quantity of the food you get, I can tell you it was a one-time experience for me. I guess I'm just used to the food back home. I was hoping for a better experience after reading reviews. I might give them another try, but not any time soon.

Rib crib is awesome. Half rack of ribs with sides will fill you up. I like the dry, but the wet is good too. I haven't had anything there that wasn't great, but the ribs are the best. Enjoy.
