Found out this is a new chain in a few states. There are dozens and dozens of salad toppings, maybe more! Everything was fresh and delicious. You make your own salad, and if you like, at the end, they will toss and chop it for you. Pay by the pound. I wish they had one in Baltimore, it was delicious.

What a wonderful atmosphere to have a delicious meal in! Love the wide variety of choices. The employees are so kind and welcoming too! We were greeted by a teen named Lily, and could tell she took pride in her work and was a delight to speak with. We will be back! An OS treasure from the food to the people.
