This place is fantastic. The entire staff was super friendly and accommodating. While we were waiting, a lost dog came and greeted us and the owner of the place was more than happy to let us chill with the dog while we ate. The dog actually belonged to a homeless person and nobody wanted to see them separated so the owner graciously called animal control (that is very familiar with the guy) to come and reunite them. Ke’ahjah is fantastic and took excellent care of us. Great food, great people, great atmosphere! When we come back to town this will be a regular stopping point.

All I can say is I first experienced this spot in Panama City Beach! Saw one here in Mississippi and had to stop to see if this place was the same all over and to say it is is an understatement! Shrimp Basket is a great place to eat! Never dissatisfied!!!

I had the Shrimp and Grits, my wife had the crab cake burger. Very unique flavor, it had a New Orleans BBQ butter sauce on it...yeah let that sink in. So good. It's my new go to when I stop by the Shrimp Basket.

Shrimp Basket - Ocean Springs Social Media Meetup Event was delightful. Our waitress, Pat and the manager, Lori were very courteous, welcoming, knowledgeable of menu, and provided outstanding customer service! I got the Crab Boil for One with a Bloody Mary and they were well-seasoned and for dessert, Funnel Cake Fries ?; overall DELICIOUS! Highly Recommended!

These people know how to build flavor!! Best tacos I ever had and best coleslaw too. Even the French fries were awesome. They make a really good hot sauce that went well with char grilled oysters and garlic bread. We will definitely be going back.

Love this place, outdoor patio and trees are beautiful. Bar tender made great food recommendations and let me sample a couple of beers before I ordered. We came in 30min before close and everyone still so nice and accommodating. We are new to the area and the manager Chris was so nice and gave us a ton of information about the area even though we came in so late. Definitely will be coming back.
Omgosh. I was pleased with the service and the attention from the manager, Chris, and the freshness of the food! I can't remember if I got the seafood basket or something else. But it came out sooo fast and everything was hot and fresh. The cooks were ON IT! I'll definitely return to this establishment!

My husband and I ate at the Ocean Springs location on 12/18/22. Our food was awesome. We had the boom boom shrimp tacos and the seafood basket. Victoria was our server, she had vast knowledge of the menu, was attentive and very friendly. There should be more servers like her in the world.

Thos place was great. We sat outside with our dogs, and they brought us water for them without asking. Then the waitstaff was very fast and attentive. Then the food. This was some of the best seafood I have had in quite sometime. I had fried seafood. The batter was light and crispy. The seasoning was on point as well. All in all, a really nice place. We will be back in our next visit to the area.
