I go here every couple of days and grab me a nice strawberry milkshake. And I know I'm not the only person that's ever complained about this but the lids on the cups are ridiculous please tape them down before you hand them to us to just drop in our cars. You know what happens you know it does.

When pressing the red button the person on the other end picks up & hangs up immediately. Multiple cars entering and leaving once no one has responded. Happened on multiple trips, months apart. Must be awful management to have such short staff. Go to the other Ocean Springs location!

Crazy place…always have a problem there. They either can’t understand what’s being ordered, or they can’t hear, or they don’t care. There’s a lot of attitude from the person who takes the orders, too. There’s a complaint number, but this place stays the same.

The food all seemed fresh especially, The Onion rings, however they were not fully cooked. I ordered a cherry limeade with light on the Limes and extra cherry syrup, but I think they did the opposite: they added extra Limes and very little cherry syrup. They also failed to add any cherries as well. I just love eating the cherries after I finish my drink, but I was robbed!They also charged $.50 extra for the limeade, and $.40 for extra cherry syrup, when there was a picture of a limeade (or equivalent) in the combo I ordered thru the app.
