I ordered a white mocha with toffee nut and white mocha macchiato the Oder taker with the birthday pin was very impatient and rude and messed both of my coffees up all she had to do is replace the caramel drizzle with white mocha but instead she rushed me off the speaker and still got both coffees wrong

The line here can get long in the morning time. The line is always worth it in the end. I come and order my favorite drink: iced shaken espresso with whipped cream and caramel drizzle. I have YET to see my drink messed up. They hit it on the dot every single time I go there. The drive-through is a little wonky on how it's shaped but oh well, I get through there lol. All in all, I love coming here and will continue to come here for as long as I am living in this state. ✨️

Wow, over 30 minutes wait for 2 cups of coffee. I received my breakfast wrap, and finished it before i even got my coffee.All drive-thru orders and pick-up orders were filled first. Don't think you can run in and get out fast. Ain't gonna happen.

The order was incorrect, drive thru staff were not friendly and did not tell us hello or an update for the order for 8 minutes at the pick up window and then we noticed the coffee tasted very diluted and more of water flavor then coffee.
