I've gone here a few times, it's the closet Taco Bell to me (still a 15min drive) and lately almost every order I've made has been horrible. If it's not burnt then it's underdone.
The service is always slow despite me ordering ahead I usually still need to wait even if the store is empty.
Overall, I recommend you try a different Taco Bell if you really want some.

I don't leave reviews like this. I've worked in fast food, I get it. But I ordered a black bean crunch wrap and a cheesy bean and rice burrito. The crunch wrap was nearly empty. Maybe a tablespoon worth of black beans, barely any lettuce or sour cream. I thought they just gave me a folded tortilla at first. First bite of my burrito tasted so strongly of fake bacon bits that I couldnt finish it. It didnt taste normal at all. Im not one to complain like this, but how do you mess up that badly?? There's no way you accidentally make those items so poorly. I thought the quality would be better at the OS location. This is the worst taco bell experience 😒

I came here once and they didn’t have tortillas. I came here again and some worthless AI was trying to take my order and it was awful. It took over 15 minutes to even get to the window the wrong food. I would recommend not ever coming here, it’s not worth the time

Budget lots of time to eat here or go 75yrds across the parking lot to El Saltias, get in and out quicker for about the same price. I bet the parent company of Taco Bell, Yum! Brands, has no idea how poorly this store in managed .

Tried to go inside just to order a drink. Completely ignored for ten minutes. Person working drive through asked if I had ordered. I said I had not and that I only wanted to purchase a drink and I was paying cash. She still told me I had to use the kiosk to order???? Then after ordering waited another 15 minutes and no one came to the counter or even acknowledged me. This taco bell is terrible and always is, hasn't changed in ten years. Piss poor all the way around.

The manager at this taco bell is so unhelpful it is unreal. I had used the app to order and the app was having issues. Instead of helping me she directed me to self checkout and refused to help at all. I heard her telling another older woman to get her own condiments and she just generally acted as if helping customers was not part of her job. I know she is the head manager. She needs some coaching on when to assist customers who are needing a little more assistance. I am all for self checkout, but you should still interact with your clients! very disappointed and will not go back

This place doesn't deserve one star. Sat in line for 20 minutes and they got our order wrong as always. I've given them chance after chance. No more money for that garbage of a restaurant.

When I walked in, the 1st thing I noticed was that there was no one to wait on me, kiosk only. I'm not a fan. I had a question about the menu, and I had to wait several minutes for someone to help me. It feels like our world is less & less connected to each other!

Ordered through mobile app, picked up in drive-through.
The drive thru took over 30 minutes just to get to the speaker but it only had a few cars in it. Getting my food took another 15.
My chicken chalupa had one tiny piece of chicken for the whole taco, my chips were missing in my order of nachos, and i got none of the sauce packets i ordered.
Just overall not a good experience in any way.

Actually the worst Taco Bell/ drive thru experience I’ve ever had. Waited for 30 minutes and then when I checked my food I asked the worker if this was right it looked like it was missing things, she looked at me with a blank stare and just nodded her head. Pulled away so the people behind me didn’t have to wait longer, but of course I’m missing half my order when I got to look at close.
