Worst experience i have had! they messed up my food when ordered through doordash so i went to the store and ordered through the drive through only to have them mess up again! i asked to have them remake it they started to give me attitude! I verified with the girl at the window it was rung up correctly b4 i paid and it was yet they still messed up! Once they remade it i went to check it, they told me to get out of line as i was holding up their drive through! Told them this is the 3rd time its been made today and im going to check to make sure its right! the lady got offended and said i made it so i know its right! I said im still going to check! It was finally right! She rolled her eyes and acted like it being made wrong was my fault!

So, I just stopped by here about 8:20PM with my two kids (9 and 4). Ordered our food and elected to dine in. 40 MINS LATER, we were still waiting on our food. I had two people ask my name for the order about 30 mins after we placed it. Anyway, an entire bus of kids came in after we placed our order and picked up their food. Four different people came in and placed their order at the counter and also, received their food. The bus, I'm sure was a pick up order, but, it is the point. Finally 45 minutes waiting with two kids, I get our food. The person who put it on the counter slung it down, didn't apologize for anything and walked away. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED, at a fast food restaurant. And oh by the way, this is how we found our food when we opened the bag. We were hoping to eat in the dining room but a 45 minute wait on a school night at taco bell didn't allow that.

This is the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. The food is always hot and fresh and they always get my order right. I love the new AI drive-thru. I wish that my Taco Bell could be this good every time. I drive out to this one because the one in Ocean Springs on Bienville is so bad.

I ordered 20 something dollars worth of food. They forgot multiple items in my order.. no other cars around, just me in line. I called the store three times all straight to voicemail. Not going to get refunded and just wasted money that could’ve gone to somewhere else. Will never go back and I’d advise others to choose somewhere else.

Ask me 3 month ago and I would not have said good things but my wife loves Taco Bell so we go there. The last 2 times I have been impressed with the quality of the food, not skimping on the ingredients and the really good taste. I have also really liked the AI drive thru order taker. It was easy to hear and it got my order right the first time. The second time I was ordering through Uber Eats and it got it correct. I have been won over to Taco Bell to the happiness of my wife.
