You have to order by the kiosk when you go inside and it takes forever to get the order. I'm not going back to Taco Bell anymore. The drive thru evidently takes priority! Shame on Taco Bell

Food was okay, but some rude ass dude shut the door in my mom's face, and messed up our order all the way, I understand the lobby was closed but he couldve taken her receipt and redid the stuff they got wrong instead of slamming the door in her face.

SLOOOOOW and rude. I have been to this TB location approximately 15 times. Only a couple of times have they been efficient. Normally it takes forever. One time I did mobile for counter pick up and waited inside for 10 minutes at the cash register without being acknowledged. I could see my order but no one would hand it to me. I am literally writing this review from the drive thru which is as always slow.

The past 3 weeks I’ve ordered a combo box and in each time the store did not have Tortola chips to complete the meal. They sub the cinnamon snack. How in the world can you be out of chips for 3 weeks

The person taking our drive-thru order was extremely short and borderline rude. Once arriving at the window, things did not change. The staff member seemed very disengaged and was not friendly at all. The food was packaged sloppy and very overpriced for what you receive.

I’ve been here a couple times and it’s always bad. The employees are extremely rude and the food is 9 times out of 10 wrong and I’ve even had my cinnamon twist taste like cleaning products and they wouldn’t give me a refund. Very bad experience and will not be coming back. Taco Bell’s are just really going down hill because of the careless employees.

This is one of the most ghetto Taco Bell locations you will go to. The food tastes like they stepped on it and the service is horrible.

So, I went back a second time. I went through the drive-thru and had some questions about the menu. There was one vehicle that pulled up behind me. The manager came across the intercom and told me she was going to call the cops on me if I didn't move out of the drive-thru.

How can you continue to treat customers like this and expect them to come back?

I can honestly say this is the worst Taco Bell franchise I have ever been to.

Just came here yesterday to spend $16 on 2 SOGWRAP SUPREMES (Let alone, you’re Cheez-It Promo, which was also soggy and disgusting.), and the soggiest Crunchy Taco I’ve ever eaten (I tossed it not even a bite in.). PATHETIC. I threw half my food away, because you guys literally don’t know how to make it right, and just throw a whole bunch of stuff together with no real thought or care. Nice workers, but whoever is on the end of the kitchen at this TB needs to get another job. They used to slap better than this, and I mean years ago. ALSO, great job trying to take down this review! I’ll keep editing and reposting it till it sticks!

Do not waste your time at this joke of a restaurant. They never get your order right and if you order through doordash, they will give your food to the wrong people. They refuse to remake the order and fix their mistakes. If you must get Taco Bell, do yourself a favor and go to another location.

I strongly disagree with the new manager's the one has on all that make up, she claim that she has seen me three times in the past two week and i come to taco too much to not know what i want. She stated she has been at this taco location for two weeks and have seen me 3 times um
Excuse me ma’am her comment made me feel extremely uncomfortable As a customer, it is unacceptable to be made to feel unwelcome or that I cannot ask questions or try different menu items, especially when new items are available.
