I give four stars because yes as mentioned by someone who obviously is not happy in life in general, choosing to make multiple back-to-back negative reviews to get their point across. There are repairs needed as mentioned and the property is showing its age. These homes were not originally built to be long term housing and in turn due to the age, and or neglect from multiple renters some homes need more repairs than others. There is action being taken on those needing severe repairs. No one is forced to sign a lease and live there.

I have never encountered an apartment complex in such a state of disrepair. The exterior is dilapidated, with fences falling apart and held together with mismatched wooden beams. The interior is no better, resembling a third-world construction site. Several units have sagging floors and faulty air conditioning units that are never properly repaired, likely due to the use of cheap outsourced electricians. It is unacceptable that I have had to call maintenance so frequently after moving in. For the amount of rent paid here, one could easily afford a mortgage for a similar property at half the cost.

While the management was initially friendly, when our application got rejected they refused to respond to me when I inquired about an appeal which I found to be highly unprofessional. Especially since the screening process asked a whopping 3 questions. My income and rental history are fine. I do have one barrier and could have easily appealed but I was not given the opportunity. There are plenty of other apartments that want my money. It was a disappointment as the property is very cute.
