While the management was initially friendly, when our application got rejected they refused to respond to me when I inquired about an appeal which I found to be highly unprofessional. Especially since the screening process asked a whopping 3 questions. My income and rental history are fine. I do have one barrier and could have easily appealed but I was not given the opportunity. There are plenty of other apartments that want my money. It was a disappointment as the property is very cute.

It was a bit pricey and it's not by the beach it's by a body of water and the Ac was leaking very bad the bathroom and hall stayed wet but the house was nice
