The Cypress Taphouse

Out of half the beers at 3pm on a Friday. Then they decline a couple for a bogo beer that has their brewery's name on it. Ridiculous.

We held a party here and it was perfect! I would definitely host something here again. Food and drinks were great and they have a large private room with plenty of seating.

What a great environment for a restaurant/ bar. And after a couple of visits the food has always exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!!

Went to The Cypress Taphouse tonight to kick off my birthday weekend and it did not disappoint at all 🙌🏼 The bang me shrimp appetizer was amazing and the Mississippi Lemonade was delicious. My hubby had the shrimp basket and I had the Taphouse seafood pasta. The live music was also great. We will definitely be back. Y’all check them out and if you have littles they have an arcade area and definitely family friendly. Food, Service, Drinks and atmosphere were all a 10/10 for us! — at The Cypress Taphouse.

We were visiting the area from out of town and decided to stop in at The Cypress Taphouse. It has a great atmosphere, outside seating area is an option, there is a game room with some neat games, they had live music when we were there and the food was great. There were 5 of us and we tried the nachos, fried shrimp, shrimp poboy, hamburger (homemade by the way) and shrimp quesadilla. The food was great as well as the service. Would highly recommend visiting them, we will be back.

Wonderful lunch. The club was amazing. Loved the presentation as well. Husband had the daily lunch special. Was only $10 for a po boy and cup of gumbo. Lots of great sounding food on the menu to try. So, we will be going back to try more. They have house made craft beers as well. The husband loved the chocolate beer.

PROS: Great place to get cocktails. Bartender Azlyn is super friendly and engages in conversation. Our waitress was attentive, friendly and on point.CONS: You would get better pub food at Chilis or Applebee's. Food came out cold and floating in grease. Nothing fresh, all taste frozen. Cheese on nachos was congealed, meat was dry and flavorless, spinach dip was cold and all you coukd taste was mayo, cheese sticks were floating in grease and cold, nacho chips were par cooked and rubbery. I would stay away from ANY AND ALL their good items. Not worth the cost and your calories.

My wife and I had lunch at the Taphouse today and it was an excellent time! We sat at the bar and our service was great with excellent recommendations on food and drinks. We had a bang me shrimp appetizer which was very good and taphouse burgers with their house made fresh cut fries. Our server was excellent.

Came into town late and needed a bite.Stopped at taphouse and even though it was late they still made a quick burger for us.live music was playing and very friendly. Oh,Seasoned fries!

This restaurant is a gem! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff is super friendly, and the food is amazing. The owner's evident care for the place adds a special touch to the overall experience. Highly recommended for a delightful dining outing or laid back night out with friends in the game room.
