Food and drinks were great. Atmosphere is what you'd expect for a small coffee/beer/food business. Only one table inside for a group of 4, more seating outside (but it was šŸ”„). There were couches and chairs for other patrons.
There was a parking lot in the back, which was nice.

I love salt, but food was very salty. I had a southwest bowl and a Bloody Mary. Food served in to-go box. Limited seating for eating. Pricey.
Hipster atmosphere and vibes. Customers like bringing their dogs to show everyone how well-mannered and trained they are.

What an inviting coffee shop! I popped in and was offered suggestions from the barista that was on point! I ordered the Purple Reign and it was awesome!

Came here expecting good coffee and good service, but the people working were unfriendly and unhelpful. The drip coffee I got was more expensive than what the menu said, and the up charge was definitely more than just sales tax. Additionally, the coffee was significantly underwhelming, given the high price I paid for it. The atmosphere is unwelcoming, due to the entire building being painted black and the seating inside being uncomfortable. I had high hopes for a cute local coffee shop, but was severely disappointed.

*Update after owner response*

I was fair and honest in my review, and did not include any personal attacks towards any of the staff. The childish reply from the owner will not make people want to give this place a second chance. The response from the owner was immature and didn’t even address any of the concerns I brought up in my original review.

Had an interesting experience here. Ordered what I thought was a safe option— an iced mocha. The guy that served it to me asked his colleague what drink it was right after he had made it and before serving it to me. As you can imagine, it wasn’t a good coffee—on top of being overpriced. The service was odd and unwelcoming, and the atmosphere is very dark and not a pleasant experience. I initially had high hopes, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back here.

I came to Pascagoula for a training and stumbled across this hidden gem for me. The young lady that helped me this morning was extremely nice and gave an excellent recommendation! The steak bagel chef kiss the iced coffee was amazing as well!

The service was fast and the workers were incredibly friendly! The cold brew coffee was smooth and doesn’t have that traditional bitter coffee aftertaste. I got the avocado bagel and the balance of sweet and salty was perfect. The honey left a sweet aftertaste so that the next sip of coffee after a bite of food was wonderful. A beautiful blend of flavors combined with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere gave me a great start to my day.

The District Coffee Company employs very friendly people who want to make your drinks to perfection! Their bloody marys and espresso martinis are to die for! It has an eclectic appearance with outdoor seating on these beautiful spring days!

Stepping into this coffee shop feels like walking into a warm embrace. From the moment the door closes behind you, the outside world fades away and you're greeted with the gentle hum of soft jazz, the comforting aroma of freshly ground beans, and the kind of lighting that makes every corner feel like a cozy reading nook.

The decor is an artful mix of rustic wood, exposed brick, and lush green plants that breathe life into the space. Each detail feels intentional—from the hand-lettered menu to the mismatched vintage mugs that somehow all go together. It’s the kind of place where time slows down, where conversations deepen, and creativity seems to hang in the air like steam rising from a cup of perfectly brewed espresso.

The staff are just as much a part of the atmosphere as the furniture—genuinely friendly, effortlessly cool, and always ready with a recommendation or just a kind smile. There's a sense of community here, whether you're a regular or just passing through.

Whether you're working on your laptop, catching up with a friend, or simply taking a moment for yourself, this coffee shop offers more than caffeine—it offers a feeling. A mood. A vibe that stays with you long after you’ve left. It’s not just a coffee shop. It’s a sanctuary.
