Although it was a slow night for Trilby's (I and one other gentleman were the only ones there for a while), the food was excellent, as was the Expresso Martini and dessert. Service was outstanding also. Thanks, Trilby's!
The best onion soup I have had since Paris! The Trout Tribly was exquisite. Kevin was very polite and professional. He checked on us frequently. They brought a small round granite and brass stool to keep my wife's purse off the floor. We had never seen anything like this before, but it was very useful. The person working the bar really knows how to make great margaritas! The ambiance was fabulous. The decorations were elegant and the background music was pleasant and low...
We love Trilby's. Even when they're very busy, their staff takes exceptional care of us, and the food is consistently outstanding. I had the Blackened Redfish Pontchartrain and the Deconstructed Key Lime Pie. They were both delicious!
