Incredible food & wine, impeccable service & atmosphere! I love tasting menus, just sit back & let the happiness happen. Wow, what an experience in this cute town.
Everything about the meal was fantastic. I’ve had the good fortune to eat at a few Michelin starred restaurants and I would put the food at Vestige right there with them. The menu was inventive with a definite Japanese inspiration and was a great combination of local seafood and ingredients with exotic items done in such a way as to complement each other.
This evening was an elegant event, from our seating to our departing comments with Kumi. It was an entirely inspiring evening and perfect celebration of food and palate pleasure!
