It felt like a true culinary journey—from the foie gras & buckwheat beignet to the yuzu and Louisiana strawberry bavarian, each bite was memorable. The service was equally impressive—warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the evening. You can really tell there's passion behind everything they do here. This was a special night, and I'm already looking forward to coming back!

I was lucky enough to have the restaurant to myself for most of my dinner courses which was really nice. The food was absolutely amazing and filling!! The two hosts were absolutely amazing, described every dish and very polite/great vibes.

Our anniversary dinner at Vestige was exceptional, as always! There is really no other place that compares when it comes to the entire culinary and service experience that you get here. It's a tasting menu, so you must have realistic expectations of what's on each plate. It is also understandably pricey, and so worth it!

Definitely one of a kind dining! The setting is unique and did not feel stuffy. The staff were personable and knowledgeable. Wide range of drinks. We love the Japanese influence. The first course was our favorite, the flavors were absolutely amazing. I also have to shoutout the grilled kabocha squash in the main dish, I am still dreaming about it! I was slightly disappointed in the dessert, as it was a little dry. But overall, this gem is a must try if you’re in the area!
Phenomenal meal! My husband surprised me for my birthday with reservations as it had been a restaurant we wanted to go to for a while. From the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out the door was amazing. I had the Tonuki Sour which was very good and balanced, I also really loved the glass it was served in. Each course was amazingly delicious and the dessert definitely did not disappoint. Honestly, each course was so well planned and executed that neither my husband nor I can choose a favorite course. The two servers were outstanding and very knowledgeable. Best meal we have had in a long time and we already plan to return regularly as they tweak and change the menu weekly. Bravo!

Thank you Vestige Team for an incredible night. What an awesome treat on my wife’s birthday. It was worth driving an hour & 20 minutes. Every course is covered with layer over layer of umami explosion. The menu is thoroughly well planned and the cocktails is unbelievably good. It’s really a DEAL for 6 course tasting menu at only $99. We will definitely come back to bring more ppl in the future. Mike and Angie were awesome! They made us feel very special. Favorite cocktail was the flower to flower

This was mine and my husband’s first experience at Vestige, and it exceeded all of our expectations! The atmosphere was intimate, wait staff were so kind and knowledgeable, drinks were great, and the food….. phenomenal! Our waiter, though I don't remember his name, was so nice and great at explaining each dish. We enjoyed every course! Setting a reservation was super easy, and we were even able to be seated 10-15 minutes prior to our reserved time. Halfway through our experience, we were already discussing when our next visit will be. Thank you to all of Vestige for the outstanding experience!

Vestige was perfection and tops my list of culinary experiences. I've dined at a James Beard winning restaurant and found it somewhat disappointing. This did NOT disappoint. Every course was so deliciously memorable. I can't wait to revisit. The price point may seem high until you actually experience it and realize the value and it would be much higher elsewhere. The bites may also seem small but you leave shockingly full and satisfied in every way. It is beautiful from food presentation to the table settings to the service to the house. Even the live plants in the bathrooms would have to be moved in there daily before the service which may seem silly to note but it's just another mark of the attention to every beautiful detail. I hope we have Vestige here for the next 20 years!
