This was the worst Wendy's I've ever been to in my entire life. The people working on 2/25/2025 in the evening around 6-6:30pm looked miserable. Not only was this the saddest spicy chicken sandwich I'd ever had with the grossest fries but the cashier Ryan, and the other male at the 2nd window were the most unfriendly people I ran into during my trip to Biloxi. The sandwich had a dead piece of lettuce, but there was no tomato, and the piece of chicken was hard. Boys- If you don't like your job, find new ones. Life is too short.

Ordered a cheesey cheddar burger without the cheese sauce and added 4 condiments/ vegetable on it(mayo, ketchup, tomato, and lettuce). I get to the speaker the lady told me she can not let me keep ordering that burger like that I will have to order a Jr cheeseburger next time. The crazy thing about it. I work at the other Wendy's and I know you can order any burger you want and customize it however you like.

I dont leave reviews often. I ordered 2 burgers customized and as I got to the window, the cashier stopped me and said "these will be the best burgers you've ever had". That's a tall order! But what I can say is that the 3 changes to the burgers were perfect, they were hot and fresh, and delicious. Most importantly, i'm taking the time to review because it's rare to have someone in food service so confident in their product to take their time to brag about it. I wish I had gotten her name. But thank you for the smiling face and terrific service just before midnight on 9/10/24.

I cringed when I pulled in and saw several cars ahead of me. Since Covid, it seems that the new normal is slow service, long waits and poor customer service. Not so tonight at this place. Host Brittney and cashier Ryan were top notch. I had my window down and could hear that she took every order flawlessly. I had very little wait. The cook staff is clearly doing well too. My order was perfect, hot, fresh and tasty. Nice job!!! It's so refreshing to have a friendly greeting and great service again. Thank you! I'll be back.

I haven't had Wendy's in a long time. I had Big Classic and Crispy Chicken (just sandwiches) items. Both were okay but not great. I was hoping for more because I hadn't had it in years. Maybe it's me, being in my 60's now. (Honestly, things change.)
