Was charged $5 over the price of the food I ordered. Had to repeat my order 4x. Food was cold and poorly prepared. Incompetent people tend to work fast food I get that, but this is just nearly comical.

Went thru the drive thru ordered a single burger with no tomatoe or no cheese and a Cobb salad pulled off reached in the bag to get the burger it had tomatoes and cheese but my receipt said no my salad was good but the plastic tray it come in was very greasy so I believe they can do better

Worst customer service ever. Whoever the morning manager is has a bad attitude and it is contagious. Good help doesn't last. I don't think I will be back. The food is good but the experience at the drive through in the morning ruins my entire day.

Man. I don't know what's going on in the industry today that these managers allow their teams to work with such attitude and lack of pride. If they act like they don't want to be there, then find someone who does. Plenty of people need jobs. It's not about filing holes in the team. It's about finding the right pieces to create a culture that you want. A little hard work and sacrifice go a long way.

I ordered three potatoes and two chili's. Get to the window to pay and I'm told we're out of potatoes. We just sold the last one. This was after I asked before placing my order if potatoes were available. I added a combo because the potatoes were missing in action.I get to the food window and they hand me my chilis and I check my bag. There isn't any crackers so I ask for some. The food window tells me they are out of crackers and that the guy at the pay window or the one taking orders should have told me. He didn't. I drive away with food I didn't want because of the Great Potato Famine of Washington Ave and no crackers for chili. I honestly wanted to sling the food back in the window and ask for a refund. This is the third time I've been to this same location in two weeks and everytime they've been out of potatoes. It's been at different times so it can't be explained away as time of day.

This place should be shut down. There’s black mold all over the leaking ceiling, and the whole place smells funky. The girl taking our order was nice though, and the food wasn’t bad.

Most disgusting Wendy’s I’ve been in. The food came up with soggy buns, the fries were not hot and the person taking orders was jabber jawing with friends who were placing orders in a tone and vernacular that is definitely inappropriate for a business interacting with the public. Very sour impression about Wendy’s at this location.
