Very slow service. I waited 15 minutes after placing the order at the drive-thru. And when he was going to charge me he told me that I have to wait 10 more minutes. In total 25 minutes for fast food?
Everyone is so nice except this one girl/boy idk what they are but a lot of acne, she wouldn’t let me get a water cup or buy a water bottle I had to buy a fountain drink to get some water then proceeded to let the guy behind me get a free water cup.

Horrible, awful, terrible, horrendous, wretched, abhorrent, abysmal,pathetic, and egregious isn't enough to describe this place, it was unimaginable. Something out of a nightmare. I ordered three combos and waited over 20 minutes for what is supposed to be fast food. I should have gone to a restaurant if I knew I was going to wait this long for three mediocre burgers. At least more than 5 cars behind me received their food before I did. When I went inside to get a refund, the staff was nothing but rude, condescending, dismissive and aggressive. The only person who was the least bit kind was the manager. This was my first time going to Whataburger with my three friends and my experience of this place completely and utterly ruined my expectations for Whataburger and I will never go to one again. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this god forsaken place. Whataburger Corporate, I hope you see this review and take a real hard look into this place and make some changes so hopefully someone who is new to your establishment can actually enjoy your food.

This Whataburger is the anti chick fil a in terms of speed of the drive thru..If you see there are more than 3 or 4 cars in line you may as well go somewhere else. In their defense the food is always hot and fresh and they never mess up a picky person's order but boy is that line as slow as they come.
Just went in to try it out was not impressed . The burger and the jalapeno we flavor less

I was pulled up in drive thru after I waited 15 mins at the window ! Waited another 15 -20 mins for food and onion rings were old and soggy and barely full. Was told only 7 comes in a medium which fine but again I have waited a good 30 mons for cold food ! Why even pull me up the sandwich was old to the point of bread stuck to meat from siting under heat lamp !!!! Save yourself some time and money and go elsewhere
The order is always messed up. I will never eat here again. Its gross.

They can learn from Whataburgers in Central Texas. My Home town knows how to make a Whataburger look and taste like one should every time. And you don't have to wait 20 minutes to get one. Won't return here. I can wait til I am in My Home Town again for a Good Burger. Onion rings were good if only they were not dumped in bag. Definitely not worth the high price.
