Food was hot and tasty as always. Good value for the price. It was lunch time and super busy, so the dine-in option was a bit crowded and not all the tables were clean. The staff was friendly and quick to serve. We did see them out. Cleaning tables multiple times. It was just hard to keep them all clean with that many people coming through.

I don’t like chicken but some of the kids and grandkids like it so we come here from time to time. The sauce Cains use seems to be the thing that makes the fries and chicken taste decent. But it’s the same sauce that other chicken chains have used for years sort of like thousand Island without the chunks in it

As everywhere, the cost is expensive for the small chicken tenders you receive. $9-$10 for the smaller 3 tenders box with a tiny square for the fries. It is delicious though! My issue aside from portions and cost is actually how frequently I'm given the wrong meal. Just something to consider. The drive-thru moves pretty quick and they're always busy so that counts for something too.

Chicken tenders were crispy and fresh, and the fries were okay, but my friend who has a gluten allergy asked for naked chicken tenders, and the staff informed us that they fry the tenders together with the normal chicken tenders - making the naked tenders not completely gluten free. This is definitely an issue and should be resolved so that all can enjoy the food here!
