Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

My favorite has always been grilled chicken salad mixed lettuce, tomatoes, and a grilled chicken topped with crispy fried onions the type used for a greenbean casserole. This was what I was server lettuce, cheese , piece of toast the chicken was a chopped and ground about as much as 2 tablespoons. Let's say I was very disappointed.

The Ocean Springs, MS location has gone downhill the last year. We never get all of our food and it’s cold when we do. I ordered TWO meals with peach iced teas and only got 1 tea. The receipt that she taped to the bag also showed 2. She hands us one and when we asked for the other, she got a huge attitude and said there’s only one tea. My hubby and I had to basically fight to prove we ordered and paid for 2!! We both looked at her and said to look at the receipt!! Do you think we’re going to pay all that money and then lie about a drink? The staff are just rude and the food isn’t worth my patience to deal with them.

Great restaurant. The employees demonstrate great customer service. The food is always fresh and also is served in a timely matter. I definitely will be back.

Very poor, ordered the snack pack and the fries we're cooked in very old oil and very Brown and bitter and the chicken and the fries were way over salted as well as the bread , I suffered a sodium overdose. I would recommend you go to Raising Cane's instead of this place.

Every time I come here they mess up my order. Forget drinks. Order a 4 piece chicken and only get 3. Don’t go here it’s a rip off

On September 12, I bought a wings and things meal and the fries were good but the tenders were small and the wings were hot. Mind you I had to go back to the store to get my tenders because they forgot to put them in my bag. So I did the service on my experience, and was notified by the manager, Mickey, a day or two later to come by the store to pick up free tenders since the ones I received were small. He told me to come whenever I get a chance and to let whoever know that I spoke to him. I work and in nursing school so I’m not always available and very busy. I go to the store about a week ago to get my free tenders, I let the girl know that I spoke to Mickey on the phone he called me on his personal phone bc the number wasn’t the store number. She go get him and he tells her he doesn’t call people and I needed my receipt in order to receive the tenders. He never said anything about needing my receipt when he call me. Also I need went in the store. I never met him so how would I know his name. It was just a bad experience and it made me not wanna go to the ocean springs location anymore. The other manager did say she was gonna give them to me but he was saying I needed my receipt

Upon arriving the front counter person did not show Great customer service, attitude was present. After a minute her presentation did change some, but should be on point from beginning to end. I ordered the Chipotle tacos they were kind of dry not enough sauce, the lettuce was discolored, and too much lettuce. The cream cheese bites are awesome. The restaurant was very clean, bathroom was on point. I would say always present yourself clearly when a customer comes in this goes a long way for their return. I know everybody has bad days but when you sit in the spotlight present yourself and the establishment well. Front counter is the first people seen.

Extremely SLOW! I sat in the drive thru over 10 mins at the intercom waiting to order. Barely any cars in the parking lot so I don’t even see why it took so long.
