Service has gotten awful the last month. Can you guys please hire people. Sit in line forever every time lately. And if the drink isn’t good that day it just makes me mad. I definitely don’t go as much as I used to because it’s so slow. Be ready to sit at least 30 minutes when you go.

This is the worst coffee shop in pearl!!! Hands Down why are teenagers running the restaurant they do not know what customer service is. Disorder is all you’re gonna get from this place and excuses as to why they never can get it together ! Lines to the road everyday . Especially in the mornings ! I arrived at 7:00am 7:05 watch 15 cars go before me after I arrived bc only one side of line is work correctly . At 7:06 someone finally comes out to take the left side oder I’m second in line .. @ 7:11 she finally place the first car order. I still Spends $15 dollar to leave a 7:20 Ridiculous.. They do not wear hair nets and have hair to the butts . They all look like they roll out of bed to come to work. I have gone through this every time I come here. Today is my last visit. I highly recommend 6DayGrind. Location of airport road 2 mins up the road !! Or Cups in West government The service is fantastic and they are happy to please!

I frequent this establishment a lot..but it seems that service is getting really sluggish. Whst used to take 3 to 5 minutes now takes 20. My last 2 times, my drinks were not mixed. I say this as constructive critism. I love 7 Brew, but its just needs more effort.

I don’t know if the same person in Flowood owns the one in pearl, but if they do, they need to send every employee to the Flowood location for training. Not only do I feel like the Pearl location lacks the same quality of customer service as the Flowood, but also they make the drinks poorly. I had just pulled out of the drive thru and you can see the separation in the drink . All of the times I’ve gone to this location the chillers aren’t mixed properly. Flowood on the other hand 10/10.

7 Brew is amazing!!! The coffee, the staff, everything is simply amazing. The lines will initially scare you but please get in the line it moves SUPER fast and the coffee isn’t over priced. You have more flavor options and more sugar free options! Try it you won’t be disappointed.
