I love going to the Pearl location! I’ve never had a bad experience at this location! Everytime I go, whoever is helping me is always really nice, they hold conversation with you while you wait and it’s not the regular “crazy weather we’re having” type conversation they actually talk about stuff. I can’t wait for them to get an app other than that I have no complaints! I do love that I’m able to customize it the way I want it and when I come again they are able to just see what I ordered the last time! Better priced than their competition as well!

I made a point to mention that I like my coffee “like coffee ice cream (Breyer’s) but hot.” They did not ask how much creamer I wanted, nor did they ask if it looked like there was enough (there was not, but I didn’t look until after driving away). So my 7 Brew coffee was a very mediocre experience & not one I want to repeat. If they put a color chart on the menu to indicate how much creamer, it would be very helpful to be able to say, for example, “I’d like it to look like the #3 shade of coffee.”
I’ve visited every location in Mississippi and have yet to been disappointed. I started going into 7Brew in Arkansas and was more than excited when they started moving to MS. Everytime I go I tend to order 3-4 drinks for my household and spend wayyyy less than Starbucks. The customer service is top tier & staff is always welcoming and friendly. The drinks are always up to par and have yet to let me down.
