I went today for lunch and ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch Club. The sandwich was delicious. The staff was very friendly, even though it took me a minute to get my order together. I usually don't frequent Arby's, but this location is making me second-guess that decision.

Order got messed up. I didn't notice that the wrong meal got rung in. They fixed it and were kind the entire time. I truly appreciate it! These days I hesitate to mention anything, so it was so nice to just have a friendly interaction about it! Thanks!

I got some Arby's the other day three ham and swiss and every damn one of them were cold and then sitting there a while the fries were cold I do not recommend this place at all and two people in front of me had to go back in because something wasn't right then my order was cold Stay far away from this place in pearl

Do better Arby’s. Chicken tenders were over cooked. Meat in sandwiches was less than should be. We come here often and this was the first time I was disappointed. That’s the reason for rating higher than a 1. I hope this is not going to be the new norm. Should not serve burnt food if you want repeat customers and a job.

The food was good and the workers were very friendly, but it’s very unprofessional and will definitely turn your stomach when you see one of the workers sit down, take her shoe and sock off and start running her fingers through her toes!!
Update: Placed an online Arby's order ending in 2823. I went through the drive-thru to get it. We had 2 gyros instead of tzatziki sauce on the side as we requested she gave me tartar sauce on the side unfortunately we put the tartar sauce on our gyros unknowing that she gave us the wrong item and had to throw them out because we don't eat tartar sauce and ended up wasting our time and money!!!! We tried to call many times but no one ever answered

Stopped in after work staff was polite. Food is usually very good but tonight it was terrible. Dont know what happened but I don't think I'll be returning. I live a city over and I don't want to take the chance on a horrible meal. Bread was dry and hard. The fish sandwich I got had a terrible taste to it as well. Hope they fix this.
We eat at this Arby’s fairly often. It’s the only fast food place that always has friendly staff, very clean tables and interior and gets the order right. Food is good and they make a real effort to please you. How many times do you go to fast food places and find employees with a poor attitude, mostly dirty tables and nobody cleaning them plus they get the order wrong? NOT HERE. THESE FOLKS ARE GREAT!! We ring the bell showing we appreciate the service.
