The lady at the counter was very nice. I ordered steak nuggets with mozzarella sticks as a side and she charged me for a regular meal and made sure a fresh batch of cheese sticks was made. The food was good, and the service was excellent.

I ordered the “loaded Italian”. It was anything but loaded, very bland. I threw half of it away. Last week I ordered the steak nuggets. They looked like charcoal briquettes and were seasoned with some vile tasting seasoning. If I return, I’ll stick to the regular menu items.

I went today for lunch and ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch Club. The sandwich was delicious. The staff was very friendly, even though it took me a minute to get my order together. I usually don't frequent Arby's, but this location is making me second-guess that decision.

I got some Arby's the other day three ham and swiss and every damn one of them were cold and then sitting there a while the fries were cold I do not recommend this place at all and two people in front of me had to go back in because something wasn't right then my order was cold Stay far away from this place in pearl

Do better Arby’s. Chicken tenders were over cooked. Meat in sandwiches was less than should be. We come here often and this was the first time I was disappointed. That’s the reason for rating higher than a 1. I hope this is not going to be the new norm. Should not serve burnt food if you want repeat customers and a job.
