I’ve always felt like Chipotle hate is so forced until my last visit. I had to ask for more of everything because I was only getting half of a scoop in my bowl THEN I decided to get chips and queso. Queso was great per usual but I got the literal crumbs of the chip bowl. I kid you not the bag was less than 1/4 full (I’ve ordered the same size before and had more chips than I could eat). They were also so salty and only a handful of them were worth dipping.

The food is good and the staff is great. I’m giving a one start review because of the sorry management/owners at this company. They fired one of their best motivated employees for not saying welcome to chipotle. That’s the dumbest thing to lose a job over. Chipotle stays busy and I’m sure it’s already exhausting having to prepare everyone’s order. I’m a business owner as well and would never do this to an employee especially one that works as hard as Steph did knowing that she also has a family to support. Management and ownership needs to do better!

Have been several times since they opened and it has extremely declined. Let us stand out the door for 10 min without telling us they weren’t opening that door (the orkin man told us). Waited till a line formed to start making food. Didn’t put the nozzles on the drink machine so it sprayed everywhere and tasted terrible.

If I could give store no stars, I would. Waited 15 minutes before getting served; only one person working the line; counters were dirty, and when I finally got my order, the cashier stopped to do multiple things before finish ringing up orders. I just walked out. I would have been late coming from my lunch break. 30 minutes wasted

They are open until 11, but they do not take orders after 1145. So now I have no other options for supper other than fast food. I just got off work. I'm starving, 12+ hour day. Really disappointing.
Edit: 7/16/25, I entered at 945, they had almost nothing on the line, and they weren't going to refill it. So even though they're open til 11, they might be out of everything by 930... I drove 27 miles to get take out from here.
This location in Jackson Mississippi must be a popular one. The staff was friendly, the customers were friendly, they simply ran out of two of my favorites.... the mild sauce and the crisp lettuce to top off a bowl. I tried the new honey chicken and it was delicious. The brown rice was a fresh, moist, hot batch that was delicious. The medium sauce masked the lime flavor that you taste more with a mild sauce. A worker in the drive thru line gave us a cup of pico from her work station that the inside main line had run out of after we had paid and sat down. If you are looking for a kind work crew, visit this location but get there earlier than we did so your favorites don't run out. Have a joy-filled July by including Jackson's Chipotle in your day.

Completely ignored my entrance into the store. You have to train your people on “speaking to every customer” that comes into your store and to say “thank for choosing Chipotle’s when the customer is leaving.”

Chipotle is my daughter’s favorite place to eat. She eats there so many times in a week I probably should check into stock! We have been all over the country at many chipotle restaurants and this one saddened me most unfortunately. The staff was pretty good. The atmosphere was decent. The food this time was lacking. There was no lettuce. There was no kids meal orange. There were no hard shell tacos. The chips were stale. They were almost out of napkins even but we were able to get some from the back. The restroom smelled like mold though none could be seen. Not sure what that was about. I also got charged full price for an incomplete and sub-par meal. The girl that served us the food was pretty great though. It was great to see a happy face through it all. Hoping for a better visit on a future Chipotle adventure!

Filthy tables and floors, smallest half a bowl portion I’ve ever seen, and a manager that didn’t care. A friend and I visited 10 minutes after the restaurant opened at 10:45 am and it had not been cleaned from the night before. Every table was dirty and the floor covered with food and crumbs.
