Ordered online...get to the pickup window to find out pickups cant be done at the drive in window...this info is not posted (anywhere) outside...then why is my food at the drive in window???? My food is within eye shot but i have to park and go into the pouring rain to pickup food that ive already paid for and had to wait in 2 lines for. Chipotle are you serious!!!! 1 star customer service tonight...thk u for making pick up transactions hard as hell for your customers!

Chipotle mobile app said food was ready and on the shelf, but it wasn’t on the shelf after walking into the restaurant. I waited almost 10 minutes before an employee spoke to me. (The line was busy and I didn’t want to interrupt.) My order was in the back and the employee didn’t show any remorse. Cold food and bad service.

Always good food, most of the staff is nice and helpful. I often order with the app and my order has only been incorrect once, portions are nearly the same with take-out as compared to ordering inside. Good amount of options and great value compared to other establishment in our current economy.

Outstanding everything and surprised to get this experience in a small town in Mississippi when we can't get this great of flavor or service at home in Texas. Well done to this store's team!

The service was amazing we had 2 amazing workers frank and Ethan gave us the best service and gave us the best portion of food any chipotle ever gave us and I work in every state I eat chipotle at least once a week in different places never an experience like that
