The ambience of Cracker Barrel speaks for itself. We were seated immediately. Our server Felicia S. was beyond amazing. She was super friendly, very efficient and she did everything with a smile. The food was delicious and I appreciated being able to order a healthier option. If I find myself back in Pearl, MS, I will definitely stop in and ask to be seated in Felicia's section.

Our server Kaitlynn A had a very rush full nature took her a while to refill drinks and also was very blunt when speaking and kept asking if we were ready to order as soon as we sat down not giving us time to really view the menu. I had originally wanted the chicken pot pie but was told it isn’t on the menu anymore so I ordered chicken & dumplings with a side of Mac & cheese and hashbrown casserole which all were lukewarm I always have this problem with chicken and dumplings each time we come. My husband got the country fried steak with white gravy on top Mac and cheese and steak fries. The only thing hot on his plate was his steak not even the gravy. For 40$ the food was alright but the service and food altogether was not worth 40$.

We stopped by for dinner after catching a movie. The food and service were fantastic. Kailynn, our server, went above and beyond and we left feeling better than when we came. Thank you, Kailynn!
