I never, ever write reviews… pretty sure this is my first time for anything. May have said something nice about a pair of Salomon hiking shoes once. I’ve eaten at several other mug bug places around town. No other place compares to this place. The quality of the crawfish and the consistency of the cooked product is second to none. I always get the spicy and at least 3 lbs. Never disappointed. Highly recommend.
Everything thing was good. Had the sausage gumbo, red beans, and rice with sausage. The only thing I had a complaint about. Was being charged for a glass of water. Not bottled water either. I guess bringing out a 32 oz glasses of water. Somehow justified the charge. Drank less than 8 oz. We figured we paid for the 32 oz. Asked for a to go cups for our remaining water. Did we get a 32 oz cup! Nope, instead, they brought out 8 oz cups with fresh water. Now you may say to yourself....
This is my go to place for crawfish in rankin county! Best prices! The spicy crawfish is delicious! Never had the mild but I’m sure it’s fire too! Fast service! 5/5
