I had the $7 chicken tenders meal deal--3 tenders, fries, soda, and a kid's sundae. After paying for the food at the drive-thru window, we were told to pull down. After about five minutes or so, family went in to retrieve it. The ice cream, tenders, and soda was delicious. The fries was cold. The family had the cheeseburger meal deals. Their fries and burgers were cold, as well.

I came here today for a quick stop. I love Dairy Queen . I even worked for the franchise my first job in college. I always stop by here when I am this way. I wanted to make a point. I placed my order. No problem. 30 minutes later a simple 7 dollar meal the way it comes not brought to me. What irritated me is a couple came behind me. They got their food first . Then the lady that took my order made eye contact and went back to the kitchen. I had to go to the counter and explain to another lady what happened .She couldn't even find my order. I paid cash. I had my ticket. I had my drink. The other lady never came up front until the young lady said she had a ticket and no food. She didn't apologize. She said yes she did order. A 15 minute stop turned into 40 minutes stop. I would have been written up back in the day and made to apologize. It just irritated me . I wish people cared about their jobs whatever it might be like we did back in the day. It's hard to find great customer service.

The food was great and the young lady in drive-thru, Ashley, was awesome. Unfortunately, while the young lady was taking my order, another lady took over the mic and was very rude and impatient. I believe her name was Shirley. Very bad customer service.

I am a loyal DQ Pearl Mississippi customer and I frequent this shop several.times a week. Im usually very pleased and enjoy the friendly staff conversations. Tonight however, there is the rudest girl ever working the drive through. I asked for water after reciving my order and she closes the window and let out a perturbed scream!! I was like wth. Then she did not give napkins or a eating utensil (necessary for ice cream) and I had to go back through the line to request these items and she just stared at me like she could kill me and slammed the items in my hand and slammed the window!! She doesn't know me from Adam, so it's obviously a HER problem, but I'll be dangd if I'm gonna patronize a local.business and be treated with such rudeness and hostility. I'm only writing this because if I owned this establishment I would want to know if one of my employees pulled this kinda stunt, so I could pull her out of the line of customer service. I know that if I acted that way to clients at my job I would've been fired long ago. If you hate working with the public (and I was very nice) so vehemently...get a different job! I really hate complaining and rarely ever do...but this really ruined my evening after a long work day for doing absolutely nothing but spending money at a local restaurant and acting like a decent human being. Geez.

So Me and my family came here to get some food before going to the festival here in Jackson. So first off I wanted a four piece chicken, tender basket with two toasted and buffalo and two toasted in honey barbecue. They said that they could not do this so therefore my daughter ordered honey barbecue and I ordered the buffalo sauce tenders, then we split them between one another. lol it’s not rocket science you take two chicken tenders of one kind and put in one box and you take two chicken tenders of another kind and put into another box. lol but then when we proceeded to sit down, there is mold all over the seats and the tables and the walls there is food all under the seats. There is some stuff that has gotten spilt on to some of the seats that have been there so long that it has become molded! Moving on once we open our boxes the chicken tenders was so tiny that it looked like chicken nuggets. There was not even enough chicken there to feel my nine-year-old daughter. When going to other Dairy Queen’s when this happens, they will put extra chicken tenders in the box if they are small this one here does not. That is why I am rating this place a one star.
Both workers there this morning were nice, smiling & helpful. Food was good, they even offered to remake our onion rings. Doing a Great job, we'll go back again.

I JUST LEFT DQ AND IM NOT NORMALLY THE KIND OF PERSON TO LEAVE BAD REVIEWS BUT I AM 4 MONTHS PREGNANT AND I AM PISSED. I PAID EXTRA TO ADD BACON AND ADD LETTUCE AND THEY PINCHED THE LETTUCE AND PUT THE TINY PIECE ON THE BURGER. THEY DROWNED MY BRUGER WITH KETCHUP AND MUSTARD. THE BURGER IS HORRIBLEEEE. THIS MY 1ST AND LAST TIME EATING THERE 😩
