Service today was the worst. The manager had the worst attitude. Order 2 hot coffees they gave us ice ones and then had an attitude because of their mistake. Out of medium cups so gave us a large but acted as if that was a favor to us.

They didn't have any donuts, so why would they accept an order if they didn't have the items? Plus, the service was terrible. The people were very rude and grumpy. I was buying something, not asking for something free. I would never order anything from this place.Now I understand why this place is always empty.

Gentleman working was rude, spaced out and acted like he knew nothing and did not want us to order. Did not know what they had, was mumbling and honestly not nice. Donuts were okay definitely not fresh, out of almost all kinds. Glad they are cheap.

Worst service and cold sandwich. Ask for a hot coffee and given a cold drink instead and told it's correct. How you going to tell a customer how the drink it made when they get it all the time as recent as yesterday. Just rude and inconsiderate.

Never in my life have I seen these doughnuts glazed in such a manner that you can see the actual doughnut underneath the glaze. You can’t charge full price and deliver such a poor product. Your doughnuts are too dry and too thick to not be properly glazed with the strawberry frosting. I’ve eaten this same doughnut at locations around the world and have never seen anything like this.
Don’t answer the phone or seal door dash orders….
