Never in my life have I seen these doughnuts glazed in such a manner that you can see the actual doughnut underneath the glaze. You can’t charge full price and deliver such a poor product. Your doughnuts are too dry and too thick to not be properly glazed with the strawberry frosting. I’ve eaten this same doughnut at locations around the world and have never seen anything like this.

They never have a variety of donuts and when I do order regular glazed they are stale. Such a shame because prior to moving to the area I was a Dunkin girl.

I’ve never had a Dunkin that disappointed me before, so this was kind of a surprise. We walked in and intended to order on the tablet, but the item I wanted off the menu was not available on the tablet. I asked the woman who was behind the counter if I had to order with her instead because the menu item was not on the tablet. She said yes that I would have to order with her, and then walked away. I figured she would finish up whatever she was working on and come back, but she continued to walk by us multiple times making eye contact with us, but took maybe 10 minutes to come to the counter and take our order where she stated, “I can take your order, I’m just helping them out.” No problem! So we gave her our order, I ordered loaded hashbrowns but was told, “I don’t think we have that.” Maybe she meant that they were out of the ingredients to make it? But it seemed like she was saying that she didn’t think it was on the menu, despite it being on the menu above the counter. Not to mention, it’s just hashbrowns, cheese, and bacon, all items they already have. Again though, no problem, I’ll just get regular hashbrowns! Well, we got our order and I ate the hashbrowns and they were fresh (I think), and I waited to eat my chicken, bacon, cheese croissant sandwich until just recently and discovered that my sandwich was just a little chicken patty on a croissant, nothing else. The woman wasn’t rude or anything, but clearly they’ve got some issues going on at this location. Not to mention the poor Google reviews not just from recently, but also from years ago. Owner should definitely do something IMO.

I have come here so many times just to pick up a mobile order for my wife and I always wind up frustrated and pissed off. The staff ignores you. Even the manager. Stood at the mobile pick up window for 15 minutes waiting to be greeted or even spoken too. Made eye contact with every staff member. The entire time the order was ready. I'm not the kind of person who just grabs food that's not mine so I'm I don't root through all the orders. At least put the food in the mobile pick up rack like every other resteraunt so I can get it myself since the entire staff is too busy to help me since they already got my money I guess.
You want good donuts and service literally every single time? Go to the donut factory.

Staff is incredibly rude. Not sure what their problem is but treating customers like trash will result in them not having a job. No one is making them work here. If you don’t like your job, go find a different one. If I could give no stars at all, I would.

I wish we had another Dunkin in the area because every time I go here I’m disappointed. One of the employees is rude every single time. They mess up my order more times than not. My latest experience was missing a drink, so I told the person at the window TWICE what the drink was. She then handed me a drink that was nothing close to what I ordered and looked like it had been thrown together. The place wasn’t very busy, so I couldn’t even claim that as an excuse. I love Dunkin so I put up with the service sometimes, but I don’t know if I’ll be back to this location.

This was my first time trying Dunkin Donuts because a coworker suggested their breakfast. It was awesome. The service was quick and great. The servicer Malaya was so polite and patient. I will definitely be going back
