Honestly didn’t get to order because no one would answer the phone. Called for an hour. Then when I finally get the restaurant, the older lady was very rude. Shut the door in my face. She could have easily said “I’m sorry mam we’re no longer taking order.” Very unprofessional.. Would not recommend!

Today was me and my friends first time eating at harveys! We did not feel welcomed! The lady with the short cut and glasses that took the order was so rude. And got the entire order mixed up, we spent $40 each and we could have took our money to the white folks thats more professional! And the old black lady with dreads and crocs on was mopping and flipping chairs at 8pm telling people .. “you cant sit down and eat” at 8pm when yall close at 9! we told her we saw 2 roaches crawling tried to her she ignored us ! HARVEYS THIS IS HOW YOU LOOSE BUISNESS. THIS IS HOW YOUR BUISNESS GO DOWN HILL! You never have to worry about me and my friends again! HIRE BETTER PEOPLE WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE
The service was terrible. I bought a whole catfish plate and the fish was spoiled. I live 30 minutes away and they told me to return the fish tomorrow, where it will be even worst. I could have taken my receipt back taking bad fish back the next day makes no sense because the fish will be worse tomorrow. The young lady who answered the phone attitude was terrible and she eventually hung the phone up in my face. I was so disappointed Harvey's in Pearl is a thumbs down ? for me.

I will say that it was a dam good place to eat I usually don’t like breaded fish but this place was 10000 percent amazing in taste. I just would improve on how they treat outsiders meaning people driving through!! But other than that I truly recommend this place !!!the best fish I ever had !!
