We walked in at 2:05pm,
Knowing well that lunch buffet ends at 3pm. Upon checking in, we were told they will knot be refilling at food. What ever is at buffet counter that will be all to eat.
We walked around and check alot of food finished.
So we walked out.
That is a horrible service to not keep food refilled until 3pm.

Teriyaki only if you're not at a flaming table, wife ordered a spicy Tuna roll and received maybe a crunchy tuna roll anyway it was sent back she then ordered noodles they were thick and cold

"Ichiban" is the Japanese word for "number one" and they most certainly are in my book! I love going to the hibachi tables with my wife for date night, but it's most definitely an environment that is super welcoming for the whole family. They serve you fresh hibachi, drinks, and sushi with an absolutely awesome wait staff and hibachi chefs. The restaurant and bar were very well cleaned and inviting. The portions are huge for the money as well, we both had enough left over for lunch the next day. The only complaint I had tonight, (which is kinda nit-picky) was that the greeter spoke a little too softly and it was hard to hear him but I can't hold that against him. Great food, great service, cold beer, great night.

I ordered steak hibachi and shrimp hibachi and it’s barely any food for $45… I ordered it to go. also they raised the lunch prices which is crazy since they gave us less food.

Food was just ok. Not that different from other hibachi fried rice. For me, it's not worth the price. Times are tough and times must be tough for them too because if you eat there they add a 15% gratuity to all dine in orders. I'd rather they just charge me more and pay their workers. Atmosphere was nice. Service was pretty good too. But, my food wasn't special enough to make this a favorite of mine.

We ate hibachi and the food was excellent, steak cooked to perfection the way I requested. Cook didn't engage or perform any tricks....guess cause we dined during lunch instead of dinner. Gratuity was automatically added to price of meal and when I asked server why and who was the tip for he replied, "it's been that way since I started working here." So READ RECEIPT so you don't end up tipping twice!!

idk if it was just our cook or what but the chicken was over cooked, the rice was hard and crunchy, the veggies were burnt. the only thing good was the yum yum sauce. we got there when they opened and still had to wait for a table. Because the food was so un edible I WILL NOT be going back.

SLOW, HORRIBLE SERVICE, SOILED DISHES, GROSS FOOD, 15% TIP AUTOMATICALLY ADDED REGARDLESS OF LOUSY EXPERIENCE. SHOULD HAVE READ THE BAD REVIEWS. GOOD REVIEWS PROBABLY FAKE AND PAID FOR. THEY DON’T CARE, JUST GREEDY TO MAKE A BUCK. We were seated by the manager in the table next to smelly restrooms when they had plenty of tables available on a Monday eve. We chose another table. We ordered sushi and teriyaki chicken. The food arrived 30 minutes later even thought the place is almost empty. Shrimp tempura shrimp has hardly any shrimp and some tempura batter has no shrimp inside (see photos). I sent it back. Soy plates were dirty (see photos). Faith, the server, forgot to bring me clean soy plates. I had to remind her 10 minutes later. Another 5 minutes and no signs of her. I grabbed a clean plate from another table. I asked for forks and she left them on the edge of the table, like self-service…Why need a server and be charged 15% tip? My son loves chicken teriyaki but wouldn’t eat the one we ordered here. So I tried it and it was hard and dry. I had to spit it out. I sent it back. I asked for the manager and she apologized and told me not to worry about the bill, that she would take care of it. I would have rather have a good experience.

Such a great, large hibachi area. Service was great. Our fried rice was slightly bland on its own, but amazing once the meat and vegetables were added on top. The cook wasn’t showy, but very friendly. Avg prices for hibachi- but they automatically add all gratuity- so watch for that!
