Terrible! I wanted to order a cake and to see what the timing and everything would be and when I reached out somebody picked up and did not respond to me but was having a full-on conversation about the housing in the area and I guess thought that they had hung up on me while I sat there and listened to them the entire time talked. I ended up hanging up after about 4 minutes of being ignored and they sent me straight to voicemail. So great customer service will not be trying again. Thanks!

I just wanted to say you work is amazing. My friend birthday cake was everything from looks to taste. The cake was still moist the next day and I’m not an icing person but it wasn’t hard and it wasn’t too sweet. I ate the icing too lol

Rivika made the most beautiful cake for my Mom’s Diamond Jubilee themed 75th birthday party. I knew she would do a phenomenal job but somehow she always manages to exceed my expectations. First off, I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Rivika for our wedding cakes. They were absolutely Devine and the talk of our family and friends even two weeks later. She really brought everything we had in our heads to life and we were both overjoyed (my picky husband included). I was looking for something simple, but with a little bit of character and movement, and color. Somehow, she delivered exactly that! My husband wanted to combine several things that were not at all related (Saints, Phi Beta Sigma, and the Airforce) and she delivered something excellent! The cakes were so good, that 85% of our left overs left town with family and friends! Book her! She is the best!

I requested a cake for my daughter surprise graduation party. Mrs Rivika Byrd was very professional and honored my request. My daughter graduated as a medical laboratory scientist. I wanted the cake to be creative, decorated beautiful and taste delicious. I got all the above. If I can give 10 stars I would. The cake flavors were butter cream, strawberry & red velvet. King Kakes and Katering delivered exceptionally! I’m a happy & satisfied customer!

This was my first child and I wanted to go all out for her first birthday, so I chose this company. Customer service was great, she answered all questions so quick. I wasn’t used to that lol. The cake was great. When I tell you all of it was eaten……..ALL OF IT WAS EATEN. The guest even took multiple slices home. Book this company you will NOT be disappointed. Money very well spent.

King Kakes & Katering never disappoints!!!! They have become our official family baker. Anytime my family does an event the request is ALWAYS Kings Kakes & Katering to do the cake. Not only do their cakes look amazing but they taste just as good! The service is so exceptional that i drive an hour for their yummy goodness!!!

Had the joy of being invited to a wedding catered by KK&K..EVERY SINGLE THING looked really good and neat. On top of that it tasted perfect.. I’ve never ate food that was cook in large quantities tasted soo good!! The seasoning was all there and baby that spinach dip was to die for!!! I even caught myself calling the bride after for the info just to get to that dip again! 5stars PREFECT SERVICE!!
