I keep wanting to give this place a chance since it’s closest place to eat to me. It’s always terrible service. I come tonight right around 10 understand food is probably not gonna ready instantly which is understandable. Lady was super rude that was my last straw there.

We hadn't wait in front to get our food. The fries taste like they were cooked in bleach and the burgers were disgusting. The lady at the drive thru was having a bad night but I was in Pearl, Ms. White Castle is much better. No more Krystal !!!

The entire staff all took a break at the same time. And one of the guys kid all of them went outside and left me and my friend in the restaurant alone. All outside smoking. When we arrived the person who took our order was in a car with another. An. When we were left alone in store that person sat in a different car smoking. When we noticed we were the only ones in the store we immediately left.
Why is there a kid fixing my drink and is in the kitchen? Never going back!

Worst Krystal ever sometimes they open sometimes they’re close. Today I went through drive through one of workers had their cars parked there so you can’t order. The other one was outside smoking. Tried to go in both door locks. This isn’t the first second or third time. Sometimes the workers have attitudes. Krystal do better
