Worst Krystal ever sometimes they open sometimes they’re close. Today I went through drive through one of workers had their cars parked there so you can’t order. The other one was outside smoking. Tried to go in both door locks. This isn’t the first second or third time. Sometimes the workers have attitudes. Krystal do better

Every time I come here, the cashiers is always rude through the drive-through. This place really needs to get their stuff together. This makes fast food not worth going to whoever manages this place is rude and doesn’t know how to pick employees. The lady on the thing sounds like a manager, you guys really need help. Couldn’t even order this morning because of an accident in the kitchen. I asked her when will y’all open and she just said we’re not open thank you how rude.

Drive-thru order an it was good. Nice young lady with long pink hair braids took my order N food was great. Had to wait a little but over all delish an she apologized for the wait.

Me and my fiance were debating on Burger King or Krystal and decided on Krystal. It was the best decision we ever made. Every single burger was absolutely fresh and SOOOO delicious. And the FRIESSS you could hear the crunch with EVERY BITE. Omg it was all sooooo delicious and the drinks were FRESH! Everything was soooo fresh!! We loved it so much and made the best decision ever. I would add photos but the food was so good it was gone in a flash.

There was only one person working lunch rush, but he was apologetic. I don't have a krystal's within 400 miles! I would've waited all day. I was traveling from Texas to Alabama, both ways! Drive through only but understandable with only one person working.

You never know if the food is going to be good or bad . I have not got a good tasting Krystal from this store in a very long g time . They need to hire more intwllige t people and pay better money .
We all know better service brings in the business . Service means more sales so pay more to your good employees and get rid of the lazy ones . There are a couple of good employees , they are over worked

Well, the African American slinder young man (long neatly done dreads) that was working 4/5/2025 at approx 11:43pm, at first spooked me by coming from that back of the speaker asking what would I like to order. I was assuming he was going to be rude or unprofessional, but he was very pleasant and respectful. Employees of this caliber need to be recognized more! Now, let's get to the food on a scale of 1-10. I gave it a 2, and the meat was old and curled up. However, the service i received wouldn't allow me to get upset. I ordered the #4 that night!

Came in and every employee was outside. When trying to order when they finally came inside, we were cut off because the person taking our order was more concerned with a personal conversation. Wow. Very poor everything.
